Delivery as promised and on time

Michelle, at the Rugby branch was very helpful when asked, and narrowed our search down to four beds, which helped a lot, then explained everything up to the delivery.
We were kept informed about everything, and the bed was delivered on time.

Efficient, polite, speedy delivery. Took the boxes upstairs which is very helpful. Michelle in the shop was very knowledgeable and friendly too.

The sales lady was very good. She helped us by explaining what we should look for when choosing a mattress depending on our sleeping position. Where to look in the showroom for the type of bed that would suit us and she was very thorough on explaining additional offers and the delivery process.

The delivery guys were fabulous, kept us well informed of delivery time by message and a phone call. The taking away of the old mattress and delivery of new was done in a very timely manner. They were courteous and very cheerful, a credit to your business.

Michelle listened to what we wanted, and showed us a range of beds that fitted those requirements. She was very patient and explained everything in great detail. We made our decision and Michelle took us through the ordering and delivery process step by step. Later in the day Michelle called us to say that unfortunately she had given us a piece of information that was incorrect, she apologised as she knew it was something that we had specifically asked for, but actually the mattress chosen didn't confirm to this one particular specification. She said she was so sorry but knew how important that was to us, and wanted to give us a chance to think about it. We actually said to carry on with the order as it was only a small detail and wouldn't impact on the comfort of the mattress. She thanked us for being understanding. It was one of your most expensive mattresses on offer but happy to continue, along with the purchase of a bed base and headboard. Well done Michelle.
