From ordering and getting amazing advice from sales team especially carol, to superb on time delivery with care from Wayne and Lewis delivery team, I highly recommend going to bensons for your next bed or mattress, over the moon with replacement mattress as I ordered the wrong firmness and bensons replaced for the right firmness thanks to their 40 night promise, thank you so much to staff and delivery team at bensons. The lady at the shop, ordered our bed with due care and attention with making sure all the discounts were added, we got to try each mattress out until we found what worked for us. The delivery went well with 2 men being super helpful and carrying the heavy bed parts to where I needed them. Had plenty of update on when the bed was coming and the instructions were very easy to read.

Really happy with the service from Benson's. It's my second time using them and can't fault either. The added tip from the delivery team this time about watching out for the bed springing open after the packaging was removed was really helpful because we wouldn't of known otherwise:) thank you, and the fact that the bed was so simple to put together as it came in 2 halves which we wasn't expecting was a very welcome surprise :) from ordering the bed to sleeping in it so far I cannot fault anything :)

The plastic cover the mattress was in was clearly dirty. There was a mark on the mattress. The mattress protector I purchased, the bag it was in, the handle was torn off. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the delivery of my mattress and how my items were received. Totally disappointing and a shame, as my experience purchasing the mattress was very good. The delivery men were unfriendly and unprofessional.

I was attended to by Jess, who couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ve had the experience before - often! - of sales assistants in bed showrooms going straight into a hard sell, and ‘hovering’ around while I tried out mattresses. Jess did neither. She gave me an overview of the mattresses I was interested in and then left me in peace to try them without any pressure. She was nearby should I need to ask questions, but I felt totally unhurried and unpressured, and this is what enabled me to make my decision. It’s also what made me feel confident about buying from Benson’s! She offered to give me a quote for the mattress I liked - again without pressure - which made the purchase (later that day, by telephone) a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

I was welcomed in a friendly manner and offered some really good advice about purchasing a mattress. I was then invited to try out the mattresses and left to do so with my sister and my friend. I loved the fact that the sales assistant wasn’t constantly giving all the sales patter whilst I was looking.

Helpful friendly staff no pressure

I was greeted by a lovely Guy called Gabby at the Solihull Sears branch, he took me around the shop showing me numerous different ottoman options opening up the beds showing me various colours also. He then applied discounts which knocked the price down for me. Gabby is such an asset to your team really pleased with the service. Later that evening I called back he took payment over the phone making the whole process easy. Thanks Gabby, you were brilliant!

Gillian, the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product that we were thinking of buying, she made it easy for us to decide on what was best for us.

Visited in store to try the mattresses and look at bed frames. The staff were great and very helpful.
