Your member of staff Amit at Staples Corner London NW2 was very professional in his customer service, gave us good advice and supported us well.
The delivery team of 3 were very professional too. They took care specially on the stair case. The whole process of delivery was good.

Guys at the store were so helpful - Jas and his colleague walked us through and explained everything clearly and everything went exactly to their timeline - we were updated throughout the whole process.

Delivery guys were excellent taking bed and matress to the bedroom upstairs

Overall an excellent experience start to finish - bed is superb

It was easy to order my bed, it was delivered promptly with regular communications. The team dismantled and removed the existing bed with no fuss, and assembled the new bed professionally. The bed gave me my first good night’s sleep in years!

Purchasing in store was very easy, The staff were extremely knowledgeable & helpful in all matters.
The delivery team were also very accommodating and certainly didn’t mind taking my new bed & mattress upstairs including negotiating around a pretty large obstacle on the stairs.
Hats off to Benson for Beds.

My bed arrived and was installed by the Benson team
I was very impressed in how quickly it took the 2 chaps to install my bed
I didn’t want the mattress to be opened as I haven’t moved in yet
I was left instructions off how to open the plastic when I’m ready to open up the mattress
Overall very satisfied, they took all the rubbish with them

In a nutshell 'RAJ'!!! Wonderful salesman. Knowledgable, personable, professional. We visited the Staples Corner store on Tue 26th May and was made to feel welcome and valued. From the moment we walked into the shop and guided to the perfect mattress for our needs, we kinda new this was the one. Oddly the dual tension mattress was incorrectly labelled in the shop, but once that was sorted we were quite sure of our choice. Sales manager was attentive and also gave us space to discuss together. Perhaps there was a little over selling of all the add-ons (pillow, pillow protector, mattress protector etc). Delivery was well communicated (email, text & phone calls). Lots of reminders to review both delivery and sales, hence I'm writing this now. We have had the zip n link mattress for a week now, and all looking and feeling good.

Smooth process from purchase through delivery. No surprise, no added costs, no issues.
