I visited Benson for Beds at Roker in Sunderland with my husband at the weekend to look at a new mattress. My husband has been experiencing some back pain and Jo helped us to pick out the most suitable mattress for him / us across a range of prices. Jo was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us her experienced opinion. We came away to have a think and I went back today to purchase one of the mattresses Jo recommended after doing some online research about it. Thanks so much for your help Jo! Helpful staff …
Darren was very helpful explaining everything to me, I was looking for a mattress for my granddaughter and we were looking at the kids ones. His colleague was very good with my grandchildren while I was talking to Darren, keeping them occupied and allowing them to bounce on the display beds and chatting to them.
