The sales man at the shop was very helpful, explained the differences between the mattresses, he was very polite. The delivery came on time, the men (Ian and Paul) took the mattress upstairs, used shoe protectors, they were very helpful, explained how to look after the mattress and that it would be less hard when it had warmed up. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and love the mattress.

Originally spoke to a lovely lady called Kerry at my local store (Telford) on the phone as I had a few questions, and then saw Kerry again when we went to make the purchase in store. She was really lovely and friendly, and had all the info we needed. There was a really good sale on at the time too so got a great discount.

Delivery was great, arrived on time, the 2 chaps were really friendly and quick.

The bed is really lovely. There was a slight issue putting one of the parts in place as the holes were drilled in not quite the right place but I just about managed to get it in place. Aside from that it looks great, and I love the drawer in the footend, as it’s a great size. The mattress is lovely as well, the right softness while being supportive.

I would be very happy to buy from Benson’s again, and Kerry at Telford is absolutely brilliant.

We were looked after by David, the store manager, in the Telford store. He was really helpful and informative, and helped find the right mattress for us both. We did the mattress assesment in store, and David talked us through how/why certain mattresses work better for different people/sleep positions. No pressure was added to us as he understood we are buying our first home, and are working on a budget! He gave us time to think about it, and explained everything to us. Great shopping experience and excellent service. Looking forward to our new mattress

Very helpful and listened to our needs and wants and was not one bit pushy salesman tactics at all, took his time with us and let us decide for ourselves once given suitable options to choose from. Julia was really knowledgeable & helpful. We really needed some guidance on choosing the right mattress for us. We tried out the test mattress at different levels of firmness - it transpired we needed a firm mattress, but with some “give” in the top layer. Julia guided us to several different mattresses & we were able to select the one which we think & hooe will be perfect for us. We went away to think about our purchase & returned, having decided to purchase a new bed base too! Again, Julia talked us through our options & we found the one which we feel will be right for us. We wanted to buy a king size ottoman bed for our spare bedroom. It wasn't sale time and being a spare bed didn't want to pay a fortune. We were shown to an ottoman bed with headboard that was half price. It was perfect for our needs and delighted with the price.

Wanted to buy 2 new mattresses. Very well laid-out display of beds and mattresses in the store and we were able to try and compare the different ones. The assistant, Kerry, helped us with our questions; but no sales pressure. We were able to make a confident decision and the order was drawn up very efficiently and all details were printed off there and then. Great service.

Store manager @ Telford helped us choose our new mattress without any pressure. I actually brought a sofa bed while was there too! Very knowledgeable and very happy we visited the shop! Delivery guys Gary & Kieran were great. Took the mattress and bed settee to the rooms I needed them in. Put the mattress on the bed and removed the plastic. I thought they were going to make my bed at one stage 🤣 fab, polite, informative guys. Keep up the good work chaps. Over all great experience-thank you all for your help.

Dealt with the manager David at the Telford store. Very efficient and helpful. Listened to what we wanted and provided what we were looking for without any hard sell. We placed an order for an adjustable bed, very competitive price and a really good deal. This is the third bed we have bought from Benson's.

Absolutely awful customer service and completely meaningless 5 year warranty.
Spent £2500 on double bed and mattress 2 years ago. Last month part of the divan base collapsed in on itself and therefore the mattress, no matter how many times we rotate, is now misshaped too as it has no structure or support underneath it.
After having spent £2500 with a 5 year guarantee was expecting some sort of help/support from customer services, instead I was repeatedly told it was my problem, my fault and they wouldn't do anything about it. Was told he could tell from photo i mustve dropped something on it to thej be told it could be gradual damage??
When purchasing the bed we were pressured in to buying all sorts of additional extras and repeatedly promised any fault would be rectified for up to 5 years, which is what actually convinced us to purchase from here. What an absolutely discusting lie.
There must be serious quality issues for products to just collapse within 2 years.
Cheaper higher quality products are available elsewhere, I wouldn't but so much as a pillow from this awful company again.
