Very good experience in the store at Lakeside Essex. Sales person knew his stuff, we were clear about what we wanted and he was so helpful, no hard sell which was nice. Delivered on time with updates about time on the day, no fuss assembled the bed and headboard in super quick time. The bed is gorgeous and the mattresses brilliant (we have zip and lock so we could each have the mattress we wanted). We have had a great experience.

Fab experience at Bensons for Beds Lakeside, thanks to Akwasi. I visited the store looking for a new bed frame and mattress and had lots of questions about the different options.

Akwasi was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me find the right products for my needs. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal, even arranging an additional discount with the store manager, which I really appreciated.

Akwasi also explained all the additional benefits available when shopping with Bensons for Beds. I chose to take up some of them and not others, but at no point did I feel under any pressure to buy.

It was genuine advice rather than a sales pitch, which made the whole experience feel relaxed.

Ordering was very simple as what I would expect from Bensons. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and was given a 2 hour slot and the driver phoned early to say he was running early and it was delivered without any fuss and collected old mattress in under 20 minutes. Well done

The expertise of the salesman (Chris) at the lakeside store was excellent in helping us chose the correct mattress for our requirements. The updates on the progress of the order were reassuring to know that the mattress was being made. The delivery team were polite and carried out their work efficiently.
