After coming from another Bed store and not having a Dreamy experience just push hard sell which actually put me off, I walked into Bensons and What a service! Explained what I wanted, my budget , just wanted to take my time decide and try.
Steve, who was in the Torquay branch was just the person to help, took my stress levels to wanting to rest on a bed 🤣 he pointed me in the right direction for everything that matched my needs and allowed me to try at my own pace, no pressure, just kept checking in and answering questions I had.
I walked away with a fabulous deal and Amazing bed! And slept well since.
Great service all the way through.

The whole purchase process was brilliant & pain free in the Torquay store. The delivery men Paul & Ryan were amazing delivering the bed and mattress to the room and explaining how it is all put together.

In a word Steve the salesman! But not just him, all salesmen were all pleasant . They gave me lots of time to lie on the beds and didn’t stand over me! I bought one and did all the paperwork that Steve went through so l knew what it was costing. However I decided to cancel, so phoned Steve and told him. He was brilliant saying he would get everything sorted. But I went again and actually bought a bed double the cost, which I’m very happy with! PS the Bensons delivery guys were equally helpful! Definitely would buy from them again!

Friendly and informative staff in the showroom. The delivery of the mattress was on the date specified and handled professionally.

Jake, our sales advisor, was so helpful in finding us the perfect matress and base. We went elsewhere afterwards and found similar but came back to Bensons because how lovely Jake was!

Initial purchase and delivery all went very smoothly, great products and service.
After a couple of days, needed to change mattress, due to it being too hard for me. It was no problem, great service once again. Small charge which is understandable, new mattress on way, old one will be taken away at same time. Brilliant.

Easy delivery, all on time and a simple swop over of the mattress!! Really lovely to have a decent nights sleep…

Very good assistance not pushy and the outcome is a lovely new mattress. We are disappointed though with enquiries who have not dealt with my husband’s enquiry satisfactorily although as I the account holder I gave permission for them to speak to him on the matter in the question.

The way we were treated. The sales person George B, Was very efficient. Had full knowledge of all items and guided us to our choice. Which was the correct mattress for us.

The member of staff George was very attentive and knowledgeable and once he knew my price range he did his best to get me the best mattress for me that I could afford without taking a finance package and getting Bluer light discount.
The delivery eas exactly is planned and the driver rang when he was leaving his last drop.
Both the driver and helper were very polite and respectful of my home.
The whole process from start to finish was faultles.

Good overall experience at Torquay Bensons. Steve was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Found us a nice bed which suited our needs at a reasonable price. Would recommend.
