Linda, at Warrington. Was very helpfull. She did everything she could to sort our somewhat complicated quote. She also followed up with a curtesy call the following day.

The staff in the shop were very helpful and informative. The purchase was straightforward and a pleasant experience. We were sent lots of information and updates about delivery. Delivery was on time and trouble free.

I took my elderly mother in to buy a new bed and the sales team could not have been more helpful or patient. Made the whole process much easier.

I purchased a bed ( over £800) from the Warrington store on the 5th May ,with a confirmed delivery date of the 20th May. As instructed, I dismantled my old bed the day before ready for my delivery between 7am and 9am the following day . At 5pm the day before delivery, I received a text to say as requested my delivery date had changed to the 30th May ! I went back to the store and spoke with Linda who was very helpful and she advised the mattress was out of stock and the bed had been taken off the van . I then phoned Customer Services and spoke with Jane, who via her manager offered me a small goodwill gesture , which I declined . I was then told it would be escalated the following day ( today) to a manager and I would receive a call back. It is now 5pm and I have not received a call back . I have now been left with no bed for 10 days . Surely you could have still delivered the bed and I could have used my own mattress . Why take it all of the van and it is unacceptable to give a customer just 14 hours notice of a significant change. The store staff are great , unfortunately their back office let them down . Dreadful experience and no follow up from a manager

Had a really positive experience from start to finish. I’d already done my research so broadly knew what I wanted however Andy pulled it all together with me to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. He took time to make sure that I understood the mattress variations, otterman options along with finding just the right headboard. Andy was kind and friendly ( something I value highly) and made sure that everything was covered thoroughly. A coffee would have been lovely though while my purchase was being finalised ☺️

I have always bought my beds from Bensons for 20 yrs or so. The bed I bought for myself lasted over 12 years. Their beds have proved to be of good quality and there always seems to be an offer on, so competative prices. They offer a recycling service which is a big help in disposing of the used beds.
I found the sales persons have tended to use their knowledge of the products to aid a sale rather than sales tactics.

Very helpful, we had looked online so we had already decided what we wanted to purchase.

As soon as the team walked in, one member was happy to help and unfortunately the other member was instantly negative towards us and the job he was tasked to do.

Accused me of not measuring access which I had. Refused to take items to the bedroom. Made the whole process hostile and upsetting. One man became very argumentative and told the lads to put everything back in the van saying I’m refusing delivery which I never. I simply wanted our bed in the bedroom. He said he isn’t paying for any damage to it if the mattress bends more than 20% out of his money and I’ll be charged 20% of the cost as I’m refusing delivery. I wasn’t refusing delivery. Once they packed it up in the van again my wife got upset and said just leave it downstairs then. Our son has special needs and we needed the bed. At that point they said I’d have to sign a waiver as the mattress isn’t going in the bedroom. I said if I’m signing the waiver why can’t you then put the mattress in the bedroom. One guy said we will have to read it and check as nobody has signed this waiver before so they weren’t sure. I read it, said I accept a more then 20% bend and accept any liability for the mattress.. After that the nicer guy said to the grumpy guy, see I told you. Don’t know what all the fuss was about. That was easier than the headboard.

Attitude. Experience for the customer. They’re approach to how to undertake the task.

They didn’t even try and discuss, it was a point blank ‘nope that’s not happening, you haven’t measured properly. It’s all on you’

Disappointed throughout the entire delivery process. Spoken to several friends and colleagues which can’t believe the hostility shown to customers at 0700 on a school morning.

I visited the Warrington store to choose new beds and mattresses and have been over the moon with the level of service.

Andy (store manager) was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and I couldn’t recommend him more.

Unfortunately my bed was due to be delayed by 4 weeks but I called Andy and he managed to minimise the delay significantly so that I only had to wait an extra 2 days.
