On the 04/07/26, I purchase a bed & also a mattress.
I was helped by wondering sales assistance called KAY. ( Wednesbury store)
He was so helpful, down to earth, no pressure approach, well knowledgeable & a big credit to the whole store & the department.
I was a 1000% happy with my purchases & i would recommend the store 1000%.

The boys who delivered were fantastic, really informative and helpful thank you both at the shop the staff were really helpful too

From choosing the bed in store to finally sleeping in the bed has been a lovely experience.
ALL staff were very polite and friendly, lots of beds to choose from in store.
We were told what type of mattress and pillow would be suitable for us, didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying - it was very relaxed.

The day we had the ottoman bed delivered and built (on the hottest day of the year may I add) the guys arrived exactly when they said, they worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy before they left.
We have not slept so well for a long time. Thank you !!

I recently purchased a bed and mattress from the Wednesbury branch of Bensons for Beds, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

From my very first visit, I was welcomed by Kwesi (Kay), who was friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. Buying a new bed can be overwhelming with so many different mattress and bed frame options available, but Kay took the time to guide me through the entire process without any pressure.

He introduced me to the SleepPro technology in the store, which helped identify the best mattress options based on my sleeping style and comfort preferences. After several visits to make sure I was completely happy with my choice of mattress and bed frame, Kay carefully explained the ordering process and what to expect with delivery.

Unfortunately, my first delivery did not go as planned. The two delivery drivers said they were unable to get the divan base upstairs due to the staircase. I was confident it had been measured correctly and suggested they try different angles, but they said they had already done so. As I wasn't convinced, I reluctantly agreed to have the bed and mattress returned to the warehouse.

I then returned to the Wednesbury branch and spoke with Kay, who listened to my concerns, apologised for the experience, and arranged a second delivery free of charge.

The second delivery team were fantastic. They were patient, willing to try different approaches, and successfully managed to get both the divan base and mattress into the bedroom without any issues. Their determination made all the difference.

I am absolutely delighted with my new bed and mattress, and I want to say a huge thank you to Kay for his outstanding customer service and support throughout my entire journey, from helping me choose the right products to resolving the delivery issue. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bed or mattress to visit the Wednesbury branch of Bensons for Beds and ask for Kay. His knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service made what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one.

friendly and helpful staff who let us take our time to decide on our purchase and also very knowledgeable about the products they sell but I also learnt a few tips about posture and how to sleep better

The salesman 'Rob' was so patient with our 91 yr old profoundly deaf mother who has dementia. Let her try the beds, didnt rush her, took her arm around the shop. So lovely, she gave him a kiss when she left.

We needed a new mattress but didn't have a clue what kind would suit us so were happy to find out when we visited Bensons for Beds that we could use their sleep technology to narrow it down to just a few types.
