Ordered items only listed as in stock, yet shipping is 4-8 weeks? Yes, it’s a crazy world at the moment, but the post office is still working!

I life in the Midwest and flooding and bad weather has always been my concern to be prepared. I have been with EE for several years. But instead at 64 years old and asthma as a health concern I am staying in the house because of Coronvitus outbreak. I have plenty of supplies to help see me through. You never know what type of emergency will arise. I’m glad I have prepared for it, Thanks EE for your products.

I placed an extremely large order when the company said it would be 2 weeks to 1 month for delivery. I received a notice within another 2 weeks saying it would be 1-2 months. When I attempted to reach customer service by email and then through a support ticket, I never received any response to my questions. I was planning on buying the materials through an alternate supplier if they wouldn’t adhere to their originally promised delivery timeframe but, while waiting for a response from Emergency Essentials, similar products sold out everywhere else. Terrible experience!

I have been adding emergency preps to my house for over the last 12 years. Emergency Essentials is my go to site. If there is a particular item(s) I want I check here first. They have a great selection and have never let me down. Shipping is fast, unless there is a pandemic going on such as with the current CoVid-19 virus. I have had family members purchase from here as well. They have great sales thru out the year.

It's a shame that Emergency Essentials had such horrible manufacturing and supply chain issues that they couldn't even fulfill a small order of supposedly "in stock" items BEFORE the whole Coronavirus scare and panic buying. So their website isn't showing what's really in-stock, or they're completely mismanaging their inventory and supply chain. That's pathetic. I just stocked up on regular food instead of storage supply food because this company is mismanaged. At least they refunded my order when I called in after no update for days.

orders have always been complete and prompt, only cancelled one order in 20 years and it was handled professionally.

I would never buy from Emergency Essentials again. I have purchased a ton of gear over the years. This last order, they showed items as available, then about a week later they sent an email that said it would be two months before my order shipped. I understand people are going crazy over the coronavirus, but just show what you have available. Don't make me think the order is complete and I stop shopping. I could have gone elsewhere to buy. I would never trust Emergency Essentials again.

LOOKS LIKE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. JUST CANCELLED MY ORDER. YOU GUYS SHOULD HAVE FIGURED OUT HOW TO TAKE CARE OF EXISTING CUSTOMERS.

Claimed the products were in stock. They weren’t. They told me it was on back order for 1-2 months after taking payment.

I didn’t think my four packages would arrive anytime soon with the Coronavirus situation, but they did! I’m anxious to try one of the soups just for tasting purposes! They look amazing!

Still nothing delivered after weeks have passed since ordering

Love your selection and prices. But, I need communication! I need confirmation email with estimated delivery date and a tracking email for delivery.

Taking an order, and then days later revealing the product you bought is not in stock and won't be for up to two months displays a lack of
business ethics,and brings the lack of integrity in to focus. It will change where and how I buy my emergency food.

at the time of order product was listed in stock, that was the reason for order. Now it's being delayed up to 2 months.

I would have given a 5, but the website did not give me the information about how long it would be before the items shipped. If I had known it would be 4 to 5 weeks, I would have looked for another source.

Disappointed I wasn’t notified of a two month lead time on shipment before placing a substantial order even though everything was in stock.

Relied on Emergency Essentials over the past few years and always been happy with both service and products. Kudos.

Really disappointed so far. Already past when my order was supposed to be delivered and it’s still processing.

I made sure to order only things that were in stock. Only to find that it will not be shipped for "several" months.
