My daughter ordered a dress which never arrived. I asked for a refund and they kept insisting it was shipped. We waited over a month before anyone even responded it had been shipped that same day. Still no refund and no dress. Then after a couple weeks they claim it to have been reviewed and still no dress and no refund.

Save yourself the disappointment and order elsewhere. We ordered a dress in the beginning of April and it said 6-10 shipping. Well that 6-10 is once they’ve shipped it. It is May 3 and the dress is still not here. The dress will need to be altered once it arrives. I’ve contacted them several times with the run around. Please don’t waste your time.

I ordered express shipping and it says 3-5 days. It is now 8 days and no response after several e-mails. Prom is in 13 days. I doubt it will get here so we ordered from Windsor another dress arrived in 4 days. We ordered earlier 3 dresses from Windsor and all were too large and they returned with no questions asked. We ordered again from Windsor 3 dresses smaller size arrived in a few days. Skip all other companies except Lucy in the Skys shipped fast last year also. We were scammed now by 3 different sites. One dress never arrived one a total piece of junk. I did contact Berlinnova and they did respond and are giving me a full refund because the Dress had not shipped and it is 4 days until Prom and the dress probably was not going to arrive. We are very disappointed because we love the look of the dress more than any other we purchased. It has been 16 days since ordering and it had not shipped. Next time we will order much earlier.

I had ordered my daughter prom dress on 4/8/23.I waited until 10 days and still didn’t have a shipment date yet,I was very upset emailed them over and over they kept telling me the same thing over and over.Last week I received a email telling me my gown is ready and I will receive a email when it’s mail out.Today on 5/1/23 my daughter gown came.The gown is so BEAUTIFUL everything is perfect.Sometimes you got to have patience and wait.I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN PROUD MOM

I ordered my Dress April 5th and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them countless times and only received one response which gave me nothing. The website to track it does not work and I need my dress soon. My order number is

I have ordered my dress on April 8th and it is now April 30th and all I have received is a confirmation email when I first completed the order, and a tracking number in Chinese, which is not a very reliable source. I need to know where my dress is for my prom on May 5. The tracking says that it left JFK on April 28 to the local carrier but I have no other updates. I cannot track it through local carrier without a USPS tracking number. Please update me where my dress is.

I have emailed Berlinova many times about my order asking them about my order and asking if it would come in before May 12th and I have not gotten a response. Ordered a prom dress on April 18th with express shipping. Stated it would be 3-5 days to ship. It is now April 26 and order has not shipped. Dress is needed by May2nd. They take 3 days to answer emails. Awful company to deal with. I don't recommend them at all. If you cancel your order they will not refund you the full amount. Last time I order from this company!

I ordered my dress from this website and was immediately sent a confirmation that my order had been shipped. The tracking information was in Chinese and cannot be translated. I've emailed the company 5 times over the course of 5 days and no response. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service. My order number is WBBLNUS33521. My prom is April 29th. I placed an order for a dress they according to the website had in stock. It is April 18th and have not received the dress. I put in an inquiry to the info email address and was then shortly sent a tracking number that you cant look up on the site it’s all in Chinese and cannon get any information. It is absolutely ridiculous my daughter prom is Friday and we are just hoping that they will make right on this.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY from this company. Please see my other reviews. I finally got dresses. They were not what I ordered, nor were they what they said they were sending. They were also damaged in shipping. I contacted PayPal. Berlinnova agreed to refund me at my shipping cost and after they received items. Why should I have to pay for their mistakes and damaged items. So they provided me with an address to ship back. All mail carries said it was over $100 to ship to china. In addition, I was informed that they did not provide a valid address. PayPal said they could not get them to communicate and all they could do is close the case and make notes about this company. What a joke. I am out $300 with ruined dresses!!! DO NOT BUY!!

i ordered my dress on april 2nd and payed for expedited shipping. i’ve contacted the stupid bot and they said they would rush my order to make sure it would be here for my prom april 22. it’s the 17th and i still have no tracking number. i need my dress or my full money back. this is ridiculous. HORRIBLE service! My daughter ordered her prom dress well over 2 weeks ago. They say it takes 10- 12 days to process however it has been WAY longer than that. When she has reached out to the company all she gets is "waiting to be shipped" or "we will expedite your order" which has been over a week now! Her order was nothing special without specific measurements and said it was in stock. We also paid for expedited shipping! Her prom is 4/22/23. The worst part is there is no number to even talk to someone about the order just automatic responses. Future customers should stay clear of this company!
