My experience with this institution has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My sister was initially confirmed as having met all admission requirements, and based on this confirmation, I paid a €2000 deposit as her sponsor.

After payment, we repeatedly requested the necessary admission documents to proceed with the visa application, but these were never provided. As the program start date approached, and after multiple follow-ups, the institution suddenly changed its position just two weeks before the start date claiming that she did not meet the requirements, specifically the English test. This was despite the fact that they had already confirmed she had passed and even sent a congratulatory email.

The institution also claimed to have sent important documents, including the admission letter and a notice of change of institution. However, we never received these, and despite repeated requests, they failed to resend them.

Following these inconsistencies, we requested a refund. The institution confirmed that the refund was approved on 12 February 2026. However, more than 68 days later, the money has still not been returned. Multiple follow-ups and requests for proof of refund initiation have been ignored or met with vague responses.

It is also important to note that when the initial payment was made, it reflected in their account within less than three days, and we were pressured to pay within a strict deadline. However, the refund has taken over two months without resolution.

This experience has involved contradictory information, lack of transparency, and poor communication throughout. It has resulted in financial loss, wasted time, and significant stress.

I strongly advise anyone considering this institution to proceed with caution and thoroughly verify all processes before making any payments.

It’s important to note that before payment, they will call you endlessly to build trust hence you end up even paying for more than the 1500 euros they ask you for intial payment, they will confuse you with discounts, back to back checkin calls, emails and documents that are leading no where, even ask you to deposit 15000 euros in a blocked account along with promises of accommodation and visa assistance that they will not provide.

This is to create awareness as I try to reach out to the relevant authorities to get my money back. If any one knows any authorities out there to assist kindly provide the details

Not a good place to study if you are looking for quality. Might help with visa but in some countries you might have problems.

En España los titulos que ofrecen no tienen mayor valor, las certificaciones que ofrecen aparte son certificaciones de calidad pero no se lo puede validar como un master oficial. Personal poco amable y la educacion no es de buena calidad en relacion con los precios. Tienen cierta mala reputación como universidad.

Mi experiencia con este sitio ha sido bastante traumática. Siento mucho por los estudiantes que depositaron su confianza en este sitio y fueron engañados. Si le preguntas a cualquiera de ellos buscándolos por LinkedIn, te lo contarán. Aléjate de este sitio lo más que puedas.

Am having an amazing experience with the student advisor Aruna. She’s polite and respectful and takes her time to explain and solve my issues with me. She’s always giving me the assistance I need on my admission.

I am Currently working on my application process with Mr Julius Senyo from the BSBI team and i cannot speak for the others but he has helped this process be a lot easier than it after should be , any problems or questions that i have i just call or send an email and he immediately answers or replies within 10-30 minutes of the email. Im more than happy with the support I’ve received.

I have had a fantastic experience so far.
The admissions team is very proactive, my study advisor, Julius, is forth coming and super available. I can only imagine what the future holds :)

Pulla Madhuri is a wonderful individual who helps me with guidance about university and her nice behaviour.

Study organization is a mess,lectures are spread till late nights,there is no way you can work and study like the government expects you to provide for your basic needs cause one day you study whole day till 16:00 and the next day you study till 20:00 in the night leaving you with no window of time for any job to do,most unprofessional staff too.

I don’t really have any problem because my application is going very smooth and easy.
My advisor makes things clear for me to understand and progressing from one step to the other very effortless
He also make sure im not holding unto any question.
