What have you done, brought some today as my son loves these. Being autistic its hard to get him to eat as he so fussy.
He took one bite and spat it out. There absolutely tasteless, dry and worse then the own brand store food.
Being a well known brand name your have gone downhill. After a big autistic overload from my son, I will now have to avoid anything from your range.
I said to my son, who do you think they had on the taste test panel. His reply was... pepper pig.

CHEAP KNOCK OFF......Do not buy these...its a cheap con job.. they have turned a childhood memory into mush...my dog loves em...but thats all they are good for....waste of money and time...put the old recipe back in place...

These are absolutely awful just wasted my money on them I couldn’t even eat 1 they was absolutely vile nothing like the original and look NOTHING like the image throwing the rest in the bin

Place a joke. Was only security guard with SIA hence no one had a clue ,, basically wheel washing getting soaked in car parks no PPE issued . Waste of week , supervisor a joke illusions of grandeur , no idea about security or much else … Don’t waste your time , toxic …

Ruined mini kievs.

They've gone from around 15 kievs (you got 14-16 to 13 (I got 12).

The quality is what's done it though, I would still pay the same for 13 kievs instead of 15 but they're now beyond bad.

The first clue was how uniform in size and shape they were, perfect little spheres with a scattering of breadcrumbs.

The second clue was that they didn't pop in the oven. When they popped the creamy sauce used to leak out and you knew they were done. These didn't do that as there was no sauce inside but something that looked like clear slime with no flavour.

They were absolutely horrid and the last time I but them and probably Bernard Matthews products again.

Bought turkey kievs from Iceland.tastless crap!!! Then looked at country of origin....Poland. Bernard Mathew is turning in his grave will never buy his products again.

One of my favourite things was Mini Kievs until I had them tonight. Ate one and was shocked how bad they are now, ate another just to see if I imagined it, but no, they've completely ruined them! I offered one to my dog and it threw up, so binned the other 11 on the plate and the other 2 bags in the freezer. I would've gave them to a food bank or family in need but would've got charged with attempted murder.

Liked the old soft moist tasty mini Kievs with rice. These are beyond dreadful never ever again minus 1 !

You have absolutely ruined the mini kievs. As soon as you put them in your mouth it’s a disgusting texture, almost like it’s been pre-chewed- not to mention the anaemic looking breadcrumbs with zero crunch. The sauce inside is absolutely rancid, it used to be so creamy and flavourful and now it is almost like a gel and has no flavour other than sweaty, fungus infested feet. I am extremely disappointed in this ‘shrinkflation’ it’s absolutely disgusting.

Had to give one star just to leave a review but in fact it’s less than zero stars. I bought the mini kievs for a bit of nostalgia for my husband’s birthday celebration. What a load of inedible crap they are. Rock hard coating, grey gritty meat and paste of god knows what in the middle- cat food maybe?? I was expecting during the cooking to see and smell the garlic sauce oozing to the surface, but nothing. No sauce just paste. It’s sad as we’ve raved on to our adult kids about how good these are but they’re nothing like we remember. Throwing in the bin along with the other uncooked bag from the freezer!

What has happened to the mini Kievs. Bought some yesterday and had them last night, the meat was mushy, the 'garlic sauce' was horrible and don't even get me started on the 'breadcrumbs'. Won't be buying any more

Never have i ever been so dissapointed. Spat it out! What the hell happened? Kievs were immense and now they taste rotten no creamy sauce no juicy meat just mush. Vile

Final straw is the mini kievs, totally inedible!

I'm absolutely gutted, I used to really love Bernard Matthews mini kievs, bought a bag of 13, bit of nostalgia. They were so disappointing, small, grey, mush, no sauce, no nothing, it was like eating a bag of soggy cheese and onion crisps! No sign of meat, no sauce, no creamy garlic, just balls of rankness.

I had mini kievs this evening for my dinner.... Well, I how shocked I was to discover that the turkey has been replaced with what tasted like cat food. Absolutely shocking

My favourite ham has been changed and it’s more like dog food :( I’m sad about this! The business might as well shut down now the standards are way off now and cheap!

I remember the old golden turkey drummers…. They were tasty and juicy and moreish.

Bought a bag of these recently in 2025 and all I can say is they are absolutely disgusting! Their texture, taste and smell looks worse than cat food. They smell awful. Like kidney or something

I’m not sure what this company have done or changed, but I don’t really feel that these things are fit for human consumption.

Got rhe wafer thin turkey ham slices for the first time in ages as I couldn't find them anywhere. Now I know why! They are now disgusting. Ultra processed mush the texture is vile. I would've preferred the price increase to the cheap shite that I'm buying now. Bernard matthews used to be such a good brand after my recent purchases I might aswell buy the supermarkets own, it would taste better

Oh dear, if product didn't have Bernard Matthews on the front I would think this was a very very cheap foreign brand, mini Kiev's are nothing like they were, the meat is dark grey mush instead of white, with no filling and just a tiny dot where it should go instead of the large cavity it used to be for the garlic and herb.
Hamwhich, used to be nice ham and cheese slices together in breadcrumbs, now it's mush all mixed together and tastes horrendous.
Turkey ham, used to love this, I couldn't believe my eyes when I bought it a few weeks ago, it was sliced mush, no exaggeration, it felt, looked and tasted just a mushy paste shaped into a slice.
I honestly don't know how this brand can survive in the UK because this is the worst food I've ever tasted and I cannot imagine anyone buying it twice, so sad.
