Such a disappointment
Such a disappointment. I bought from ByRuby around 6 years ago and it was excellent. I presumed it would be the same. Whilst the food is still tasty, there is so little protein and so much sauce that I saved enough sauce to put with chicken the following night.. The meals are reasonable, but I would rather pay a few pounds more and get an adequate meal. No comparison with COOK or Fieldgoods.

Absolutely delicious quality food

Frozen delivered to door, well packed, no chance of it defrosting.
Only moan is the cellophane, which is a real pain to remove

Product arrived on chosen day. Frozen needs about 55minutes in oven.

Failed
Ordered these with meals with their packs of rice to help me get through radiation next week for breast cancer. Got the meals delivered but no rice ( picking error apparently when I sent a complaint. Refund. No offer to actually fulfil the order) so it looks like I will still need to go shopping whilst going through radiation…. Not the plan at all!
