Delivery guys were great, as well as, being very helpful. Had an issue with 1 piece of furniture and they are going to replace it within 1 day.

We were shopping for our condo clubhouse. We told salesman what type of furniture we were looking for and he kindly directed us. The salesman Scott Gobin was very helpful. He knew everything from why leather is an easier furniture to care for, what lengths and styles you had. He let us view as long as we wanted and didn't feel rushed. He was very personable and kind. We plan to return and work with him again.

Lots to choose from no pressure to buy. Sales folks helpful

The selection of sofas was excellent and our salesman Carl was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and made the entire experience enjoyable.

Salesperson was great. Customer service very efficient with calls and emails reminding me of delivery. Delivery people were there right on time and put my furniture together and cleaned up all the boxes and wrappings. Good experience !!

Shout out to Melissa at the Bernie And Phyls in Hyannis! She went out of her way to get me chair measurements for slipcovers. I ended up buying a couch, chair, ottoman, and coffee table through her. She was awesome!!!

I was happy with the opportunity to browse but once we were ready to buy there was an awkward moment when our salesperson left without us knowing if he would come back. However, there was another salesperson who finished the sale and I was happy to hear about the policy of the store credit if we don’t use the furniture protection we purchased.

7:15 AM is before 8 am!!

The delivery guys were great, they waited for me to arrive (a bit before the 8 AM time you kept incorrectly telling me was the start of the four hour window.)
YOU NEED IMPROVEMENT--my calls, the messages from you etc--all said
"four hour window, 8 am to noon."

When did I get a call (automatic) that they would be there in 10 minutes???
At...7:06 AM. I do not live there---so--YOU mislead us all!!

Say "7 AM to noon"---and I would have been there at 7 AM!!
Instead--major stress, rushing through traffic---etc--since the delivery truck was there at 7:15 AM GREAT if I lived there--but NOT OK since you said "8 to noon"--be clear, do not mislead us.

Very pleasant to deal with. 5th time purchasing furniture. I would again in the future if needed. I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase furniture.

And quality comfort n price was great.

Delivery was a bit confusing as we received two different dates and times from two different sources - but other than that - everything went great.

The shopping experience was pleasant...no salespeople following us around, The only question was whether we wanted coffee or water. When we did decide on a few pieces, we contacted a member of the sales team who facilitated the purchases in a pleasant and efficient manner. Our only drawback was that we had to wait 5/6 weeks for one item. Overall a great experience

Went to B +P 4 times to decide on a chair. Was not acknowledged by anyone at any time. The last time i was there I went to customer service, voiced my complaint and was only told "sorry that happened ". I got up to leave and said to the young man, "even you didn't help me " . I sent an email to explain what happened to corporate and was contacted by a manager from the Nashua store who was very nice. I then purchased the chair directly from him as I didn't want to go back to the store. It got delivered a few days later only to be the wrong color, I ordered bark (brown) but was delivered black. My husband was the one who was home when it was delivered and he didn't know it was the wrong color. I called customer service (508) area code and was basically told that I was wrong, the bark color was delivered and I must have different lighting in my house and that there was no way a black chair was delivered because her paperwork said it was brown (bark). I told her that I knew the difference between black and brown at which point she told me I was being rude and she didn't have to talk to me until my attitude changed.!! I was furious at that point and ended the conversation. Also during delivery my husband was not given anything to sign saying that the chair was delivered. The black chair was also damaged on the arm and top of the chair. I returned to the store after work the next day and went immediately to customer service. I had taken pictures of the chair in my living room and took pictures of both chairs in the store. I had to go to the same young man who I had problems with the last time I was there, told him we were going to play a game, what color was the chair in my house. Of course he said black and I proceeded to explain everything that had transpired in the last 24 hours, the wrong damaged chair, rude and insulting customer service at corporate..etc. He got the manager immediately. I had to repeat the story from the beginning again which at this point I was getting angry about the whole experience at shopping at Bernie and Phyls. Long story short the correct chair was delivered today and the black chair was removed. I can't see me shopping for anything from the Nashua Bernie and Phyls store and I will be going back to Jordan's or Ashley in the future. It's sad when sales people, customer service, management and corporate all can't do their jobs but yet are still employed!! Buyer beware!

Your sales rep. was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding for us exactly what we wanted. He was Pleasant and I was impressed with the huge selection of your inventory.

Phil was both helpful and knowledgeable. After ordering a Daniel's Amish dresser we were fortunate enough to find a Daniel's Amish table in the clearance center. The table was wrapped for us and the crew went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you. Larry & Linda Thomas

Very friendly and helpful service. Helped us get exactly what we needed regarding the reclining sofa. The process was made super easy and fun by them.
