Done with this company and I order prob $2k worth of strawberries a year. Gone down hill so bad over the last few years. This year they botched up multiple deliveries of mine and no it wasn’t the delivery companies fault. Just a shame how they’ve ruined this company.

Didnt get the valentines day gift I ordered a week in advance and online customer service takes forever to respond or just stops responding.

First time ordering - horrible experience. I ordered some berries and cheesecake bites (for $70 - SUPER overpriced) and even paid for expedited shipping a MONTH in advance. The items were supposed to arrive on Valentines day and did not. Plus the shipping updates were not updates. The location didnt change for two days afterwards. So, im never ordering from this company again, nor any of the affiliated companies.

Never received order of strawberries and cheesecake, paid extra for Valentine's Day delivery. Horrible customer service, had to call 4 times, offered only a partial refund until I wouldn't get off the phone. Don't count on them to do anything but take your money.

Got 12 roses and 12 berries. The berries were great. The roses had black spots on the edges of the petals. There was ripped petals on two. I took pictures. Will not order again. I will go to a local florist and candy shop next time.

Berries were never delivered. Online customer service is basically AI text JUNK. HORRIBLE. If you do get an Agent they take 7 minutes between each text exchange and then do NOT solve the problem. They want to schedule a redelivery instead of refund. Valentines Day is passed and they failed to provide the service they are in business to provide. Their online service is as bad if not worse than a cable company.

I Ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries a week before Valentine’s Day and never delivered. Spent half the day on the phone with CS and finally at 10:30 pm they put in for a refund. It’s a good thing I picked up Fannie May on the way home.👎🏻Very bad experience and would never recommend this site owned by 1-800flowers.com. Unless you want to be let down on a special day😡

Absolutely the worst! Had ordered flowers and almost half of them had no stems! Someone just threw the chopped heads of the flowers on top to make it look like the number of flowers it is suppose comes with. I would give them zero stars! Don’t waste your money here folks! Go anywhere else!

I received these chocolate covered strawberries love & romance for Valentine's Day from my husband they were the best ones I've ever had and very beautiful thank you was very satisfied pleased

Took my order, charge completed tue, feb 11 for delivery fri 2/14, Valentines day.
Overnight 13-14, my order was canceled and refund issued.
No time to come up with a different plan.
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Shari's Berries are terrible! When Sheri ran her business in Sacramento the Chocolate covered Strawberries were Great! The new owners don't use quality berries and then ones I just received were unripe, white, mushy, bruised berries! When I picked the berries out of the box water or nasty clear juice ran out of the Chocolate. I don't recommend buying them.
I will say, at least this year the berries were delivered! My Dad (78 yrs old) sends them for Valentine's, but last year 2 of his orders were not delivered. Customer service didn't help him. They took his money but no berries were delivered!

Paid additional fees for delivery on Valentine’s Day. Received email from FedEx saying would be late was told it would be there today by 8pm never happened now I cannot get through to demand refund.

Do yourself a favor and go to Costco and save a $100 bill. They have flowers that are just as nice and they were selling chocolate covered strawberries for $10 a dozen. Our order arrived a day late. Strawberries were covered in water beads because ice bag had already melted and several flowers were broken. It was a joke.

Was extremely disappointed to find out that when the wife opened her Vday present 8 of the 12 berries were busted open. And she said a few of them looked like they were moldy.

No happy valentine's for hubby. I spent over $75 for chocolate covered strawberries.
All day long telling Tom had good they would be.
Website site said between 900 in the morning until 800 at night.
It's 830 and nothing.
Don't waste your money buy local.

The order was placed for a tray of berries and it arrived exceptionally late. It was originally supposed to arrive at 5pm and it came at 9:30pm. It was supposed to be a gift to me from my husband for Valentine’s Day, but I waited late after work after working a 13 hour shift and ended up going home only to find out they were delivered. My husband spoke with their costumer service numerous times and they assured him they would be delivered. I picked them up from work today, where they were refrigerated overnight. After trying them, they are absolutely delicious. Perfectly ripe. The delivery time was very poor, but I empathize with the poor delivery driver bringing them at 9:30pm. Not sure if I would recommend, since I don’t know how reliable they are. But once they arrived, they were worth it.

They don’t meet delivery commitments which ruins the surprise for special occasions. Back to Ediable arrangements where I can track delivery and they meet their commitments

If I could give zero stars, I would! My 12-year-old daughter saved up her allowance to surprise me and her sibling with a fruit arrangement for Valentine’s Day. She was so excited and even spoke with an agent who GUARANTEED it would be delivered on time.

Guess what? It NEVER arrived! We reached out early in the day and were told to wait until 8 PM. Still nothing. When we called again, they casually told us it would come tomorrow! Seriously?! Not only did they fail to deliver the gift, but they also RUINED our Valentine’s Day plans because we had to stay home waiting for something that never showed up.

This company has ZERO reliability, NO accountability, and absolutely NO respect for their customers. They took my daughter’s hard-earned money and gave her nothing but disappointment in return. Shame on them! Avoid at all costs!

I would give them a zero but that was not an option. I ordered with plenty of time for delivery. They delivered on a Friday to a business at 4.00 PM. It was a doctor's office no less. I imagine they will find them rotten on Monday. I will never use them again. They SUCK

Waste of money. I ordered strawberries for my daughter's birthday and they were guaranteed to be here on the 13th and did not arrive. They just showed up with one missing and one that looks terrible. Will not order from this place again.
