Berriman Carpets Reviews 

I have recently used Berriman’s carpets after purchasing a new house. I opted for the whole house package which I must say is absolutely great value. I did not live in the area and therefore made several communications via phone and email. All staff I interacted with were very responsive, helpful and really friendly. They made the whole process so easy. The carpets were delivered and fitted on schedule and the carpets themselves and the fitting are to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation of recommending them to family and friends in the future. I am really happy with the product I received. Thank you!

Dreadful experience with Berriman’s, used them to have Harvey Maria floor tiles laid in March 2021, the first fitting was an abomination, floor tiles rising, dirty sticky glue between every tile, it was shocking. Customer service/management was appalling and it was not until I suggested getting an independent assessor in they responded to any of my numerous calls and emails, the floor was refitted, but they left all the previous floor that had been ripped up outside our house for weeks, then told us it was our responsibility to dispose of it, the job is still not complete months later, but they ignore all our calls, and frankly I’ve given up with them and their phoney excuses and empty promises. An utter disgrace.

Ignored my calls for weeks. Finally booked 9.30 today to refit faulty carpet. Over 4 hours later and no sign. I've tried contacting them.as I didn't get the promised call back nearly an hour ago and they're not answering again. Wasted day.

I was recommended to use Berriman Carpets after my house was renovated. I went with one of their full house packages so I could get carpeting fitted throughout the house.

From the initial phonecalls with their store, to the friendly person who came out to measure, to the fitting itself, all went well. Everything was clear and was well worth the cost. I got to keep the trimmings as well which came in useful.

The only minor quibble was that the doors to several rooms had to be removed, which I don't blame Berriman's for as the carpet was too thick and the doors too low to go over them, but it was a bit of a surprise. It's since been sorted and not something they really could have done anything about, it just took me by surprise as I only realised when they were leaving.

However... the quality of the carpets is brilliant, especially with the underlay used as well. These are by far the best carpets we've ever had and I would definitely recommend Berriman's to others!

Recently had a full house fitted and luxury LVT. Absolutely amazing price, best quality I’ve had by far! The gents I spoke to over the phone we’re amazing and from booking a “shop at home” visit to fitting everything was spot on. They were very Covid safe when coming out with carpet samples and to arrange a measure. Absolutely amazing and will recommend to anyone! 👌🏻

Absolutely delighted with my flooring from Berrimans. I bought laminate for most of my two bed house with carpet on the stairs. It is fitted beautifully and is really good quality. My sister also got her carpets through Berrimans. Would highly recommend.

We have used Berrimans before as they always give 100% through the whole procedure. On this occasion they installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen and made an absolute fantastic presentation of themselves and the floor. They were so friendly and very professional. We will be returning for sure for further rooms.

No amount of stars can rate this shop, the staff and the quality of service! During the whole stage going from visiting the shop to having the carpets fitted was impeccable. Berriman carpets always keep you up to date with anything. They are always on hand in case you need to ask any questions or are a little bit of a panicker like me and like to know what’s happening with everything. I can’t fault Max at berriman Carpets enough. He went above and beyond to give me a amazing experience. Thank you berriman carpets I will definitely return and recommend!

Absolutely fabulous customer service and carpet fitters are delightful. No complaints what so ever with my full house. Cheap house deals and quality carpets and service. What more can you want? Not to mention the shop owner I think his name was (max) Infact I’m certain as he left such an impression on me with how helpful he was I will always remember him and I will 110% reccomend berrimans carpets to anybody!
