Thank you to Berry Heathrow (MINI) for helping us find our first car in the UK! From day one, as I was trying to connect with the branch, the personalized video messages truly stood out and showed a genuine effort to build a meaningful connection.

It was a big decision for us, but Melina and Max were incredibly supportive, understanding, and respectful of our space, while also providing the right knowledge and information to help us find the car that suited us best.

As new car owners in the UK, there were many information and procedures to learn, and Melina consistently went the extra mile; taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly, ensuring we felt confident and well-informed throughout the process.

Not only did she pick up our car but also returned it, perfectly restored and spotlessly clean in a shorter time-frame than anticipated! Sally also helped me set up the mini app on my phone and patiently explained various technological devices in the car! Highly recommend Berry Mini Heathrow and Sally!

Exceptional service. I was taken care of by Sulaiman. When I started my journey at this esteemed establishment, till I bought my car Sulaiman took great care of me.

I’ve just picked up my new Mini Countryman and spent two hours going through the settings etc! The man showing me all the settings and controls was very patient and a really great guy! They couldn’t do enough for me and didn’t mind inviting me back for a recap if I need it ….i will need it 😂
