Thanks to the Bodyshop Manager and team!
My car was involved in an accident and I took it to BTD. The Body shop Manager Chuch was great! He reviewed the body of the car and not just the damage caused by the accident. In doing so he identified a hole in the door, which should not have been there and made suggestions to have this rectified. The car was repaired in significantly less time than was anticipated and the bodyshop did a great job. The overall experience was great! Thank you Chuch to you and the Body Shop team!

Shocking service
Shocking service. We're looking to upgrade to an electric car. Had a test drive and consultancy booked. We turned up and no one seemed like they wanted to talk to us, even the guy we had booked the test with was pretty vacant. One member of staff was playing keep yup with a football, and the show room had really badly painted over scarring on the walls. The car didn't meet our requirements (the range in particular is the lowest of any electric we have looked at). This was met with just trying to excuse away this when they designed the car. Shocking service, will be going to VW instead!

Despite being short staffed (due to c19 absentees), Chris, Gee and the BTD aftersales did a great job.
Recommended.

Avoid this dishonest centre
I was told by Berry Thames Ditton centre that to fix the aircon on my BMW they have to replace the radiator - which they said was broken, at a cost of £911. However, I took the car to an independent garage and in fact the radiator was fine and just a pipe had to be replaced, approx £500 cheaper. Initially they recharged the system (at a cost of £90) without any check for leaks (although on their website they said they do check before recharge) – waste of money, refund not given. This is a dishonest centre, avoid.
