I have been ordering from Best of Hungary for several years now and I have always had a great experience with them. The quality of the products is really outstanding. It’s not just good, it’s genuinely premium. Some items are a bit more expensive, but honestly they are absolutely worth it. Once you try them you can really tell the difference in quality.

You can also feel that a lot of care goes into selecting the products they sell. I imagine it takes a lot of work to find producers and products of this level and I really appreciate that effort. One product I especially recommend is their smoked paprika. It is simply fantastic and by far one of the best I have ever used.

The whole experience is great as well, the website is easy to use, ordering is straightforward, delivery is incredibly fast and the customer service has always been excellent. I have been a very happy customer for years and I truly hope they will continue doing what they do for a long time. Thank you for the great work.

I just had my first order delivered and I couldn't be happier. Ordered 2 days ago, delivered today, in perfect condition and very carefully packed. I had a brief interaction with them regarding a product-related question, received a courteous and professional response within hours. I will be a returning customer, I am more than satisfied with everything.

I recently received my Best of Hungary box and was delighted by the high quality selection — Mangalica- salami, a silky Tokaji dessert wine, and artisan blueberry jam, smoked honey and chocolates. Each item tasted absolutely amazing and true to Hungarian flavours.

Customer care was excellent: the team answered my questions promptly, provided clear tracking updates, and included a thoughtful handwritten note from the packer. Packaging used inflatable sleeve protection instead of foam — bottles and jars were snug in air-filled sleeves and extra-wrapped, so everything arrived with seals intact no damage. Highly recommended.

I'd placed an order on Sunday and received it by Tuesday, very fast and efficient shipping. I'd ordered a gift set and some extra pieces for a loved one and she was absolutely delighted with it all. Best of Hungary are a professional company who take care of their clients. Firstly, they answer their phone quickly and are helpful. When I made an online order this was posted the next day using the 48 hour royal mail service which is excellent. I will be ordering from this company again. Not only are their prices competitive and very fair, but their service is excellent. I high recommend this company.

I have been a customer for several years, and have always been totally satisfied. The products are varied and delicious and arrive in good condition and in the time specified. Any queries are dealt with promptly and professionally. They offer excellent customer service: kind, prompt and caring.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I placed two separate orders on the same day and this was noticed by the company and everything was sent out together and a refund was issued for the second postage I paid for without me even asking which I thought was incredibly kind and thoughtful.
