Outstanding Quality and Service
First of all, the cigars I ordered from VIP Cuban Cigars were in perfect condition and top-notch in all respects.
Secondly, their customer service is the best anywhere. I had a slight issue with the delivery of the first batch of cigars I had ordered, and VIP handled and took care of it right away and made me feel valued as a customer.
I would recommend them to any Cigar smoker out there!

Antwoord van VIP Cuban Cigars
Hello Mr. Niu,
Thank you for contacting us.
We appreciate that you have reached out to us to share your feedback on your received order, as we always strive for customer satisfaction in all of the products we send.
In relation to dryness of the cigars, please be advised we recommend putting cigars in a Humidor at 70% humidity for at least 3-5 weeks before smoking them. The cigar is a natural product and to achieve the best smoking experience we highly recommend putting it in a Humidor for a couple of weeks.
In relation to cigar cracks, we would require that you forward pictures of the affected cigars to our Customer Service Team in order to provide further assistance towards your order, we apologize for this inconvenience as we always expect that the received products are always in the best state possible.
We encourage you to contact us at info@vipcubancigars.com with the pictures and your order number and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Have a good day.
Sincerely,
Delineth M.
