Price offered was really good and I was happy with what they offered me.

The Process was super Smooth , they came to look at van , left me a deposit by bank transfer which was paid the same day as I couldn't sell the van for a fortnight. Then later that day they arranged a collection time on my chosen date.

The lads arrived on time both times and was really friendly.

Andrea in the office was attentive with her replies and on the day of collection the money was in my account before my van was on the back of the van.

If you want a seamless process with a fair price without any hard sell or pushy sales guys , then this company is up there with the best.

As promised, apparently its not ok to get comparative quotes from other companies when trying to get a price for a caravan.
Provided a vin number as asked for 9 days previously. Sent the exact number and given a price. Suprise Suprise the night before 8.30 on a Sunday evening they phone very irate that that a customer would dare to ask for quotes from other companies. Shocking manner when dealing with customers. Provided them with everything they asked for and they still try to give you the runaround and treat you badly.
They are "working 24/7" hmmm maybe there's a reason for that.

Absolutely brilliant service. Entered my details on the website, was given a price and Kim came and picked it up and transferred the money on the following Friday. Got a very fair price and everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. Can’t recommend highly enough.
