I Emailed 7 times with no response. I could never get through to them on the phone when I tried to call. Product finally arrived 14 days late. I had no correspondence with them to where where my delivery was.

I ordered wireless bluetooth earbuds via wowcher. Delivery was supposed to be 27 November but they never arrived. I emailed Best watch company who said it had been despatched and gave me a tracking number for royal mail and said deliveries with Royal Mail were very delayed. Tacking said will be updated when delivered. A week later I phoned and spoke to Sam who was extremely helpful. He said if it hadn't arrived by Tuesday to phone him back. Tuesday came but I didnt need to phone as Sam phoned me to check on my delivery. After telling him it still hadn't arrived he sent a replacement by next day delivery but it took 2 days as Royal mail are so behind with deliveries. I got both packages within 2 days of each other. Sam has impeccable customer service he was polite, apologetic and very helpful. Don't blame the Best Watch Company for delayed deliveries blame Royal Mail. Sam you are a credit to your company. If I can give anyone any advice, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a watch through Wowcher and 14 days later it still hadn’t arrived. I sent 7 emails and never got a response and their phone line was constantly busy. Once I did get hold of them on the phone I was given the excuse that their phone lines were broken and the engineer had just conveniently fixed them. Nobody could give me an update on my order, which still hadn’t been received by Royal Mail. Eventually after 2 weeks of waiting, I was told my package had been lost in the post, which seems to have happened to a lot of other people on here. I don’t buy it for one second. I’m still fighting for a refund from Wowcher. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately my order seemed to be lost in the postal system which is no fault of the companies, but thanks to the fantastic customer service from Sam a new order is on its way and should arrive tomorrow.

Easy company to deal with which is very rare these days

I ordered a watch on wowcher and was told to expect it to be delivered within a couple of days, and the watch didn't turn up so I called bestwatchcompany and the man I spoke to was so helpful and told me the watch hadn't been dispatched yet and told me when I could expect it to arrive. He said that wowcher have been telling customers really fast delivery times that aren't accurate which I have seen cause a lot of negative reviews on here but that problem lies with wowcher and not with this company. The watch arrived yesterday- 3 days earlier than expected and my husband is so so happy with it! I've seen people complaining the items are fake but the item we received is genuine and came in pristine condition with a warranty card. I would recommend giving this company a call if you order through a third party site like wowcher and give them your order number for accurate information because we have had a really good experience with them and are very happy with the service we have received.

Was meant to be delivered the 1st, now the 8th and still haven’t received have emailed daily for updates and nothing back have tired calling but always engaged, so unsure who to contact

Excellent customer service I spoke to Sam and he assured me that it takes 10 working days from receipt of order for my watch to get delivered They have had problems with their phone line which has now been resolved

Contacted best watch company directly as soon as I placed my order via Wowcher as my delivery date stated would have been too late for a birthday gift. I spoke to someone called Leon who put me at ease and assured me that I would have my item before this weekend and sure enough it arrived on Friday (4days before the expected delivery date stated) Wowcher don’t make things very clear on their site but I would 100% deal with best watch company again directly.

Ordered a watch. It came tracked and even though it was showing as signed for it was not by myself. The royal mail gave to a neighbour and didn't send me the red card. I spoke with Leon at best watch company who was always calm and polite, even though I was a bit panicky due to pregnancy hormones but Leon was very nice.
Good company. Watch was lovely and very happy with. I would recommend that they use a more reliable delivery service as royal mail make too many mistakes, clearly.

I ordered a watch through Wowcher and I was very disappointed at first. My tracking information remained unchanged for several days and I was worried I wouldn't receive the watch. I called Best Watch Company's customer services and spoke to Leon. He was so helpful and assured me he would chase my order and promised to call me with any updates. As promised, I received a call from him the next day advising my watch would be with me within a few days and sure enough it arrived the day after the call. The watch is lovely and came wrapped in a gift box. I can't fault the customer service team and I wouldn't hesitate to order from the company again. I would deal with the company directly rather than via Wowcher though.

I’ve ordered some headphones off Wowcher and they haven’t turned up. I can’t track my order and they where suppose to have been here a couple of days ago and I still haven’t received them

I ordered a watch through Wowcher and after reading numerous negative reviews and the watch not turning up by the delivery date Wowcher advised, I contacted the company directly myself. Leon was very helpful and got the watch dispatched to me in plenty of time for my husbands birthday. I would definitely use again, however I would deal directly with Bestwatch company themselves rather than use Wowcher.

I was disappointed at first when my watch didn’t turn up. They said that it had been sent but could not track it so they despatched another. They both turned up a day apart so now I have two! I rang to let them know and they gave me a good discount to keep it. So it looks like my dad is getting a lovely watch for Christmas 😁👍

Very good customer service. They had issues with covid and lockdown. Spoke to a lovely person called Sam on the phone who kept me updated with my order and finally it arrived! Lovely watch and can't fault the customer service.
