0 Star, absolute scam artist.
I ordered a Hugo Boss watch, was told it would be delivered by a certain date; Nothing, it still says processing but they have happily took the money tried to contact several times just to see how long it will be; Nothing, if I had ordered a £5 kids watch I wouldn't be concerned but £400 and not even any acknowledgment. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy and as for Wowcher making it impossible to contact them regarding the situation to inform them a business they are working with is blatantly abusing peoples trust is appalling. I will not be using BWC or Wowcher again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

I ordered through wowcher, parcel came in a timely manner without the sunglasses!! Now they’re telling me that I need to contact the police!! I’m being made into a liar by this company who quite clearly did not send any sunglasses in the first place. Avoid this company at all costs
