Very helpful. I was surprised to be informed I was not putting my password in correctly and on further inspection, having not been on the site for a while, I realised I was making the same mistake with my 3rd letter. Tried again and got on having informed them that I had identified my error.

Swift response by Vicky to a request by me for a football match bet to be resolved, 4 days after it had been abandoned. Vicky was attentive, polite and effective. The issue was resolved within 15 minutes of the interaction with her, as she said it would be. Credit to her company.

Had an issue with a new payment method. Was dealt with via chat which was almost instant with a person to help. Vicky dealt with the issue quickly and patiently and refreshingly had some personality and humour. Keep up the good work.
