Exceptional service from Lamia at the desk first class . I can always rely on when to help with my queries and bookings. I noticed her badge she has been moved up to a supervisor and let me say that's well deserved as many other members will feel the same way based on her work ethic and kindness. Barnet copthall is very clean and maintained well . Good yoga and body conditioning classes and I am happy inclusive swim I am happy this is offered on Sundays !❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful leisure centre to stay fit and socialise. Lamia is one of the best staff copthall has had. It amazes me how she multitasks with different departments like schools groups and managing receptiom, very beautiful and calm character she has. Gideon is an amazing aqua teacher we love his classes and want more* well done copthall 🤩 mrs carson member

I went swimming in the community pool with my younger brother and we were accused of injuring an individual, I can assure that I was no where near the individual, a lifeguard came and told us you injured someone and she told us that he had a very deep cut, not a single drop of blood was visible anywhere where he was, if he had a deep cut, wouldn't it of dripped into the water?? Apparently he somehow cut himself on the wire and he had the audacity to say it was us when we were only floating in a SEPERATE lane. I went over to the wire to see if it could cut or do any sort of damage to my finger, nothing happened, they also threatened to kick us out for something we did not do. Key tip, instead of believing someone instantly, go and ask for the other persons side of the incident, me and my brother were too embarrassed to continue swimming so we ended up leaving early.

WeI have been coming to Copthall for the last few years. Have spend many happy hours here, facilities are great, staffs are friendly, especially Lamia, she is always very helpful and greet us with a friendly smile.

I recently signed up for a Healthwise programme at my local Better gym and very soon after signing up, decided it wasn't for me and contacted Better who cancelled my gym membership and refunded me any money I'd already paid, no questions asked, wishing me all the best.

I have been a member of Copthall for just over a year and it is fair to say I am very pleased with the facilities. An added bonus is that it is very good value and I am making new friends.
Lamia is also worth a mention, whenever she is on duty at reception she always greets me with a smile when I arrive.

I liked the swimming lessons as the changing rooms are clean and not dirty because the pools were big and everyone had a great time.

I am happy with Copthall Leisure. The pool is warm and I enjoy swimming and other classes. Also I would like to highlight the concierge staff Lamia who goes above and beyond everyday. She is so lovely and willing to help everyone. She needs to be applauded for her hard work at reception.

A member since 2014, I have thoroughly enjoyed the facilities on offer at Copthall. Parking on offer seems pretty good. One of the best equipped Gym catering for all ages. All the swimming pools are well maintained. And the staff members are always at their professional best. And staff at the reception are pleasant and helpful. Lamia for instance is ready to sort any queries in all the departments. Very helpful indeed.

I had my daughter’s 4th birthday party at Copthall. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the team. They were great communicators, ensured we had everything we needed and my daughter and her friends had the best time.

Find Copthall easy to access, good facilities apart from the parking, received few excessive fines from Gemini from when my daughter was waiting about 15 mins outside to collect me. Please can you arrange a first 20 minute free period for parking to allow for drop offs and pick ups?

Lovely gym and classes, pool is also nice. Only negative I have is why did you not make a sauna after spending so much on a revamp.

I'm a monthly member of Barnet Copthall.Every Mondy lunch time the parking is full and hardly to find the space. This is because that Yoga calss finishes at 12:15 and zumba class starts at 12:15, the same time. There should be more time between the 2 classes in order to avoid such parking congestion.Another issue is lack of dance classes during the day. Especially Wednesday there's no dance classes. Also some dance classes are ridiculously late or early at 8pm/8am. It should be arranged at the moderate time during the day to early evening.

Swimming at these lovely pools since they opened. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful, especially Lamia at reception. I came to swim not realising that I would make so many friends here, and I can still be home before 8am, cycling. I just wish Barnet was a 20mph borough to allow more people to feel safe enough to cycle here.
