I attend the Leisure Centre in Newquay Personnel are friendly, place is very complete, however it is very run down, most doors at the pool changing rooms are broken, toilets at the gym are always bro... Toon meer

Very helpful and professional customer service, Ben. When I couldn't book onto a class he was patient and talked me through the whole process.
The aqua aerobics class was fabulous.

Pool is constantly closed…
Pool is constantly closed throughout the winter when the kids really need use of it. All of them seem to be in this county at a time of the year when we need to keep them active.

Kids swimming lessons
Very welcoming staff who were super helpful when we didn’t know where to go. Little one absolutely loved the lesson and teacher Ed. Looking forward to coming back.

Better is better
Since I have been with better, my confidence and self esteem are really coming back and my gym instructor kerri is very professional and is helping me so much with my weight lifting, all the gym machinery. So I know now how to work everything in the clean and tidy gym. Always spotless there. Also the pool is really clean and managed well. All staff are really nice and friendly and if you ask for help they are more than willing to. I love the gym and it's doing me really good now mentally and physically. Dan Chapman

I emailed Better gym for some advice and help I received a detailed reply very quickly, I also popped into their Newquay gym Cornwall and spoke to the receptionist who was very helpful and friendly and allowed me to have a look around the gym, I was very impressed with everything that they offer and can not wait to join the gym on my return to Cornwall in March.
