Friendly and helpful staff,gym is temporarily closed this week due to a refurb but pool is still open and it's a nice atmosphere and information was available. Happy I chose this site .

Staff member are very helpful. on 26/01/2026 Rhea went to her first lesion at 16;45 to 17;15 ,on her group there was 6 learner children's and the teacher was only one which I can see she was finding v... Toon meer

Easy (ish) sign up, responsive admin on document authorisation. Very polite and happy reception staff (separate staff on separate visits) and a clean gym with a nice vibe and good availability.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Horrible rude staff, incredibly childish and immature, experienced sufficient discrimination against myself to pretty much lose all motivation to go at all which is obviously not helpful in a gym. Other gym members pretty unpleasant, rude young women (whom the staff are more than happy to suck up to of course :/) and bigoted, racist older men. Nearly went home in tears pretty much every time I went. I’m a pretty happy go lucky person, but this sh*thole managed to even dishearten me. NOT worth your money. Go somewhere else. One star is generous.
Only positives are kept clean regularly, nice changing rooms and lots of space.

South Reading Leisure Centre
Easy to book and never feels overcrowded. Staff very helpful.
Hopefully lockers will be mended soon.
