Staff make this place great - kids stuff too!
I want to shout out the staff here and especially Pat - they run a really welcoming center. I have been recently and had some confusion about sessions and they sorted it all out really helpfully and made sure there was someone for me to play with. Their approach makes you believe the rhetoric about them being there for the our experience and the community and not just the business. There is also lots of accessible kids stuff for new parents which is great and a good set of programs for elders / other groups. It is often quite quiet which is a good thing for people in there in a way(!) but it deserves to be a better used center than it is! Im going to encourage more people to come to the classes and session - staff make it a proud and good resource for the community in Kentish Town.

No class and no refund - Part II
I went to Talacre Sports Center to book a tennis class for my kids. They let me pay for it, and after that I was told that the class was already full. I spent almost a hour trying to resolve this matter. And until today, the refund was never made it.
New information - 1 week later:
I had to return to TSC in person to resolve this matter. This time, even though the place was very busy as it was the deadline for club renewals, I managed to receive assistance and have a refund scheduled.
