Betts Metal Sales Reviews

Silver price is cheaper than Cooksons & Bellore Rashbell

Betts Metal Sales are a fabulous company to deal with, i have been buying from them for about 40 years. Stephen at Colante jewellery.

Super fast dispatch, well packaged excellent service on the phone, and the cheapest for silver gold and platinum, 100% recommend them.

Great communication from Betts, I was informed of my orders' whereabouts at all times. Quality items too. I will be back.

Good customer service when ordering products ,post updates till at door you get all what's you ordered 5 stars 🌟 all round

I've been a customer of Betts for a relatively short time but over that period they have consistently out performed other comparable UK suppliers.
Friendly helpful staff, super fast delivery and high quality products.
My most recent purchase was a huge investment for me- a microwelder price over 2k. Nowhere was able to supply exactly what I wanted except Betts. Also recommended by another jeweller I went for it and to my amazement it arrived carefully packed 2 days later !
Very happy.

Wonderful company, very easy to use, helpful staff, and great range of equipment and metals- often at competitive rates.

Excellent service as normal with very helpful staff many thanks

Was told the saw blades would cut through stainless steel jumprings, they don't even scratch the surface. Well out of pocket

Very professional, fast and efficient service.

Excellent service from the company,
Money was not taken from account until item had been dispatched.
Item is a gift, super quick delivery, well packaged, and great communication throughout,
Would recommend highly, and will definitely use again in the future...

Brilliant and friendly service. Ordered on the morning and was able to collect on my lunch break. Great products, great prices and lovely helpful staff Thank you 😁

Usually have no trouble at all with Betts. This time the website couldn’t hold the items in my basket for half an hour even though I was sent an email reminding me that I have items waiting. Tried to return to website using the link on the email to place that order and when I got there the basket is empty? Logged in to find an earlier basket which no longer applies. Called Betts to try and order over the phone but they could not see my order despite them having sent me the email just minutes earlier. Somewhat fed up I re ordered to discover that unavailable items are back ordered and sent at additional expense. I have placed my order in the website is dreadful and basically doesn’t work well.

Just sent me a sales credit note for things I haven’t ordered and don’t want. This does not give me confidence or trustin your company. In fact, it is illegal to try and bill someone for something I haven’t ordered. It comes under dishonest laws and the fraudulent activity laws if you wanna look them up.

Very good service, there top banana

Received swiftly and as described , thank you

I cannot recommend BETTS highly enough to the professional Jeweller for all your Bullion needs, Tools and more. Give them a go and you wont regret it.
I have made savings of many hundreds of pounds in just a few months since switching from my old "habitual" buying source, which when its business, makes a big difference. Plus the team are really helpful and friendly. Great to do business with you all at BETTS :))

Ordered a gold bolt ring to repair my wife's necklace - ordered on Friday, received on Saturday, necklace fixed and many brownie points received :)

Found what I wanted ordered on the day and delivered and signed for the next day first class service and a great price compared to other sellers.
