Excellent. Recommended.
Excellent. Purchased a ring clip which turned out to be the wrong size. My own fault! I measured incorrectly. Returned to Betts and they exchanged it without any fuss whatsoever.
Pleasant and efficient service from Chloe, Leanne and Graham.
Highly recommended.

A good experience throughout
The metal I required was easy to find on the website, and in stock. It arrived quickly, and is as I expected. Cost was very competitive, even with postage added. All good.

Amazing service
I have never used Betts before but placed my order with them because the cost of the tools I needed was very competitive. I ordered a GRS xl micro block vice. Betts kept me informed and delivered the unit in good time. Unfortunately on checking parts two small pins were missing. Obviously not packed by the manufacture correctly. Contacted Betts who immediately took pins from another unit and posted to me by special delivery after I had a phone call from a member of staff apologising for the pin mistake. I was treated extremely well and the service was superb. Certainly buy more tools and supplies from this company again. Excellent all round.
