I don't know what these people are talking about. That are trying to say this company is a good company to use. Because they are absolutely not. I have been waiting since January. It is now April 30th, and I still have not gotten paid. I have verified everything. I've been told by multiple senior Workers that everything is taken care of everything is verified. I don't need to do anything else and I would receive my payment in 2 to 3 business days. I was told that multiple times probably about 5 or 6, and each one of them have passed. I've even been connected to A senior executive supposedly that guaranteed me. My payment would be completed that day or the next. And that was 3 weeks ago, they never give me a straight answer. I've been told multiple times that my payment would be received in 2 to 3 days and I still not have received it. My original redemption was back in January and never received it, and it got put back in my big shot games wallet, so I put in for a second redemption and had to jump through a bunch of hoops, and I submitted everything that I was supposed to and was told everything was fully verified. And they apologize for taking so long, but guaranteed me.My payment would be there that was over a month ago. When I submitted it on march twenty seventh. And so I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and when they responded to my complaint, they lied, trying to say that I have not completed my k. YC when I had already done it. Twice, they are a horrible company to deal with. Ok I tried to be so nice to customer support .. I redeemed 100 on the 13th of this month .. The same day I redeemed 400 which is in total 500 The same exact day .. I got the 100 last week .. YET MY 400 is still setting in LIMBO in my account .. I have emailed support MANY times .. I WISH I could show you all my email they sent back .. ( It says and I quote ) Your current redemption is set TO PAY from our team so it means it is just waiting to be paid from our side, I really understand your frustration, but we are doing our best to pay all of our users. They send emails for promotional prizes and then you have to purchase a package before it even gives it to you, unlike most others where you get small prizes. I wonder if this even qualifies as a sweepstakes since technically there’s no way to play for free. But my advice is just skip over this platform and play others.

They play pirate and hold redemptions after the first. Other reviews share this same claim. The first redemption was done in less that 24 hours and this included KYC verifications. After a week of being told "they are working on it" and "It will be soon" I did some research and It looks like many other people have problems getting redemptions released to them in events almost up to a month or not at all. my first and only successful redemption was sent last month and it was issued and on my debit card within 1 or 2 days. I played 2 weeks later and They only tell me "please be patient" and "there's nothing we (customer service) can do. My $200 redemption has been sittting in "commited" state for 12 days and the doesn't count the 3 day they left it sitting unaccepted.

Absolutely hard to get your redemption it takes way to long waiting on my second redemption and it’s taking even longer this is uncalled for it’s going on two weeks still waiting with the same response be patient? I think I’ve been pretty patient other casinos pay with in 24 hour two weeks is very unacceptable if you win here do not count on it coming in a timely manner be prepared to get a run around and wait two weeks or longer with the same response.

I play alot of online slots with tons of different providers. Big shot has decent games with good purchase packages. I think I spent around 20 and cashed out for 100. Saw their trustpilot afterwards and was immediately hesitant. I have been waiting for this 100 dollars since. It's been over a month and their customer support sucks. It'll tell you your up next to speak to an agent only to maybe get a response 9 hours later. And they have no idea what I'm talking about. Tried telling me I haven't been verified when I've been verified 4 times. The last 3 attempts to figure out the status of my redemption has ended with them telling me due to high traffic it's taking them longer than normal and to have patience. It's been over a month. Anyways, they've been a nightmare and I'm losing faith that I'll ever receive the measly 100.(which was all I was allowed to redeem anyways) If I get it I'll update, but I don't think anyone wants to risk their winnings being put in limbo like this. Ok I was definitely skeptical about this site because of all the negative reviews, but one thing about me is I like to be the judge of things myself so I decided to give them a shot. First off, u get some gold coins and 2 sc on signing up. I managed to come up very quickly off the 2 and even got up to 300! I decided to try and cash out to see if the reviews were true. you can only cash out $100 a day not a big deal for me. The verification process was very easy, I did get an email asking for an additional document to verify me. I sent a bank statement. It was all very easy. I believe from the time I put in my redemption to receiving it today, it was 5 days, and I put my redemption in early AM hours. Way faster than Chumba, I waited almost 2 weeks from them and NEVER went back to them after that! Anyways, most sites take awhile when you wait to be verified. And then any redemption after that is faster, so I understand that. Customer service was very quick to respond and were polite and handled things professionally. And the best part I didn't have to make a deposit to get my wins! No money in at all, yet! I will definitely be spending my $ with them. THANKS SO MUCH BIG SHOT GAMES! I hope everyone that decides to give them a shot LANDS A BIG WIN! I sure did, can't complain about free $!

So my updated review! I had always given them 4 stars because they are unfairly reviewed. If they pay you, they should get a good review, no matter how long it takes. But anyway I put in for my review on the 7th of March and it is already in my account!!! So all the ones saying it's not legit is wrong wrong wrong!!! Make sure you get a PDF of your statement to send that's all. They need that! And be patient. It clearly states it takes up to 10 days so just please all of you fix your reviews and if you're hesitant to try them! Don't be! Sure they take longer but at least you know theyre keeping you safe by verifying your the person you say you are! That should AND DOES COUNT FOR SOMETHING!!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK BUT please do try and quicken the redemption time just so more will be apt to use you guys. I personally will still be using you! Thanks for all that you do! I thought hey everybody’s saying bad things about the casino but tried it out anyways ended up winning a small little $100 dollars went to redeem email says 24-72 hours but customer support says 4 businesses days. If I do get my money I won’t ever play here again. I don’t like how when you log in it’s like they are basically hassling you to cancel your redemption. Every time I sign in it says you can’t add money because you have a pending redemption but you can always cancel it. I don’t like that support is rude won’t ever play here again!!!!

I requested to redeem the $2,150 I won. You can only redeem $1,000 at a time. It took 2 days for them to email letting me know the information I sent to verify my account needed to be in PDF format. I sent it AGAIN. It took another 2 days to inform me they want me a picture of the front and back of the debit card I used to purchase a package. Keep in mind they did not need this information when they took the money from this debit card and I was not redeeming to the debit card I was redeeming to my bank account. I informed them that I used a cash app card and it's virtual. I sent screenshots proving it was a cash app card it had my name on it and it was virtual. I received several emails saying I needed to provide that information. I replied to all of them with the same information it is a virtual card I cannot take a picture of the front and back but I have sent you screenshots of the virtual card. Customer service started to reply with these really snotty rude incredibly demeaning emails. Though I'm explaining to them that this is something I can't do they were replying with "here's a helpful hint when you're repeatedly asked the same thing over and over that means we need the info we are asking for" " Autumn as per our previous emails we are requesting pictures of the card number....." " Why are you still emailing without sending the correct information, we asked for" and so on and so on this went on repeatedly for 3 days. I had to find a another way to contact customer service get a hold of a supervisor explain to a supervisor what was happening with the virtual card and that's not the card I'm redeeming on so you don't even need that card and why are you see your customer service rude. The reply I got was, " Autumn we are waiting for a response from our kyc team, so until we get that there's nothing we can do for you" the next day when I had no reply to that email I again had to take a different route reaching out at that point they decided they needed a financial statement from my cash app account. However this is how it was worded. " If it even really is a virtual card through cash app" I wish trust pilot would let you post screenshots because the messages I received from this customer service was astounding it literally left me speechless numerous times I cannot believe the unnecessary attitude the rude Ness and complete unprofessionalism from numerous customer service agents this wasn't just one person. I finally received confirmation that my redemption had been approved and it would take 48 to 72 hours for the funds to reach my bank account. That was Monday morning it's now Wednesday night I still have not received my redemption. I've played in several online casino never ever have I been treated or talked to the way big shot games customer service spoke and replied to me. And they all say it will take 24 to 72hrs for funds to be available after the redemption is approved I don't ever recall waiting longer than 24 hours. And since I have to go through this nightmare two more times to redeem my full winnings it's literally going to take about two and a half weeks to receive the money that I won. I will not give this platform another penny I will never return to this platform I do not recommend stay far away from Big shot games. Whoever is training these customer service Bullies needs to be trained in customer service
