Redeemed 6/12 and am still waiting, received an email this morning that they updated payment systems so cancelled my redemption and had to redeem again.

I’ve been waiting two weeks just for my redemption to get processed and it still hasn’t went through so do not waste your time of money.

Big Shot Games caught my attention with some incredible welcome offers. I was able to start playing in less than 5 minutes. I had a very exciting session with many highs and lows. My biggest win brought me up 750sc. I decided not to push my luck any further and started the redemption process. There were no options for withdrawal methods as the only choice was to have your winnings sent the card used for purchases on the platform. Satisfied, I submitted the redemption. They requested a picture of my ID, a document to show proof of address, and a photo of the payment card used for purchase. I submitted my state ID, current Chime checking account statement, and a screenshot of the digital card I used for the purchase, with some digits hidden. The checking account statement included the transaction history for the payment card. It's been 35 hours since I submitted my redemption and KYC documents and so far the redemption is pending and I haven't received any updates. I contacted support to ask if there were any additional documents I could upload to circumvent possible verification delays. The agent told me just chill and wait and everything will be good. That's where I'm at now. Update coming soon.

UPDATE: July, 2 I still have not received my redemption. I keep getting the same story from support. I'm changing this review from 4 stars to 2 stars for now. I am genuinely concerned that I may not get paid.

How is this possible I just had the worst experience with this site why is it allowed to steal your money I'm getting sick of stuff like this repeatedly being allowed I hope a Bee keeper visits this place and does the same here to everyone affiliated with the site

Didn’t really realize how much of a scam this site is. Finally got to looking and have spent hundreds of $$s here with not a single withdrawal. The last session I noticed I never actually reach the withdrawal amount. Cannot even remember ever getting a bonus game here. Believe this is a deposit chaser scam for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been going on 2 weeks and still nothing. I am being told they are behind and just be patient. This is the worst online platform I have ever tried to redeem from.

Updating my review completely… This site is ridiculous! They are not paying out redemptions. Giving EVERYONE & I mean EVERYONE the same “due to high volume of requests”, “your redemption is waiting in our system “SET TO PAY”… but the payouts are not coming. I advise you to just stay away!!!

Over 2 weeks keep getting the run around now that I’m trying to redeem

Update: Talked to someone through the online chat and kept getting told everything was good on my end but in reality even though my account said I was verified everything infact was not good. Ended up emailing customer support and was told my proof of address needed to still be verified. Sent my proof of address through email and 4 days later I had my money in my bank account.

There is no communication whatsoever from this place at all. it's been 5 - 6 days my withdrawal is still pending on their website it says one to three days but now and there's no answer nobody communicate nobody replies nobody helps you and you wonder why it's a 1.8 star rating I would never play here again I would never recommend anybody to play here this place is horrible it really is disgustingly horrible last week they said oh it's because we have higher volume of people requesting withdrawals like there are much larger casinos much more traffic that have instant payoffs and you're telling me because players are requesting withdrawals it slows down the verification to send the payment I don't think so it doesn't work that way the problem is is that they don't want to pay out they want to keep the money they hope that you cancel and play and lose so they never have to pay out just do yourself a favor stay far away from this place this place is a den of it's horrible disgusting it is not worth your time or money trust me. After a month of delaying my redemptions and telling me they are processed, they denied them and now they will not respond to me in the chat. I’m gonna report them as fraud.

I have a fully verified account and have been waiting for $100 redemption for 10 as straight days. Every day I am told that is processing and everyday I do not receive a deposit. Unreliable. I'm certain I will not receive any deposit from them at this point. Smh!!!

it is 5/23 and i have a simple 100$ redemption from 5/11 they have yet to pay. now i have won another 100 but can not redeem BEWARE

If I could give it a zero, I would! I got an email from this company that says I would be credited with 40 sc for just signing up. I click the email, and it takes me to sign up, where it says only 2 sc to sign up. I sign up and don't get any credit. I contacted customer service, and after waiting forever, the rep was rude, didn't help, and didn't care that I had an account with them. I sent a copy of the email, and he basically told me that it was false! They are false advertisers, and if this is how it's going to be the first time being on the website, I will not go back on it!!

This place is a complete joke. They are very good and finessing you with B.S about redemptions. This site should be flagged immediately and shut down. I've got 6 days of back and forth with support where they give you the lamest explanations on the time it takes for redemptions. I gave them a chance but am now convinced this site is a total scam. I highly recommend going somewhere else cause this isn't it. They need to be shut down

May 4th has a bonus round I bought for $112.50… didn’t credit even shows not played in transaction history- won’t show up when I load game. Messaged customer service. It’s may 12 and they won’t reply to me in game chat or anything and I’ve asked several times about my missing $$ and NOTHING so that money is missing and they aren’t doing anything or even replying.

After making a redemption you can't access the site or play without reversing your redemption. You also can't deposit new funds while having a redemption. Do not trust this site under any circumstances

Absolute joke of a social casino. It’s sad reputable gaming companies collaborate with scam sites like this one, makes it hard to know which sites you can trust. This is another one of those “take your money with no hesitation and then do everything we can to not pay you your winnings” sites. Waited over two weeks after my redemption request to tell me I needed to provide proof of address then complained that I covered my personal finances on my bank statement, telling me to submit it unedited.
