This company is a pleasure to deal with.My 2nd year entrusting them with the renewal of my electricity supplier.I missed their email prior to office closing time & a deadline that was expiring @ midnight.I replied to them @ 9.30pm & they completed my instructions!I don’t know anyone as efficient!Thank you BillGenie! I heard about Bill Genie on Facebook when I was in the market to get a better electricity rate, and I emailed Bill genie! They replied very quickly, searched for the best rate available to me, and also did the change over for me on the day my old contracted ended! I actually only had to send them a copy of a bill…. Very quick prompt reply regarding switching my gas and electricity provider.I got clear estimates . Also I was advised of potential changes to the cost plans .Making the switch was easier than I expected. Will definitely consider using Genie again . Fingers crossed no more energy price hikes in the next year!
