Very thorough and took me into garage to show me problems with my car they found in mot.

Despite all the negative experiences reviewed here, i was extremely pleasantly surprised by the service offered since I called to arrange the booking up until i left!

It was just an MOT, but it was delivered correctly and professionally.

The lady at the reception was amazingly helpful sorting the booking as fast as possible.

Golf Mk 7 Rear brakes
Drove home Wednesday and realised I had a problem with rear brakes, booked in Wednesday and vehicle was collected from my house for free.
Informed of work required and was told issues after inspection and they informed me what was wrong, which was what I expected.
I was given the option to pay in instalments which made the expected bill far easier.
Vehicles was then returned for free, all within 6 hoursmy only gripes
1, changed radio station
2, looked like someone might have smoked as ash on rear quater glass
And finally put my car into sports mode

I'd give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Disabled woman who relies on her vehicle completely taken advantage of. Break pads stripped before I gave permission for the work.
Then...paid in full, remotely at 3:45pm. 4:55pm I called, payment was confirmed as received and I was told my car would be back with me within the hour.
8pm I had to call the Police and log that my car hadn't been returned.
It's now 9:30pm, no car, no contact to explain/apologise, hubby has had to walk to work (works nights) and I don't know how I'm going to get to my medical appointment in the morning.

Good service and my MOT was started at the time slot I was given. Would use again!

Great service kept me informed also the good benefit of collection and drop off back to my house

Had a free MOT after joining the RAC which needed to be carried out by an RAC approved garage. Booked MOT appointment through Caraline. Turned up on the day to be told I hadn’t got an appointment booked!! Caraline was quick to try and rectify the issue in a friendly and professional manner. I then realised it was an error on my part. DOH!
Returned on the correct day where the MOT was conducted to in a timely manner. Thank you Caraline for pointing out my mistake but top marks for willing to rectify my err.
Will try this garage for my next full service as price quoted was competitive

Great experience at a routine MOT. Good availability for 2 days later at the time requested. Caroline took the keys and was very polite. Car was complete within 40 minutes. Been using Binley Woods for nearly 10 years now and wouldn't change!

Needed an MOT doing urgently. Booked online and got a slot for the next day. Took advantage of the delivery and collection service they offer. Called a lady called Caroline to confirm and she promised to call me back (she did, a rarity these days I find) car was collected before 9am and I was notified it had passed at 10.20 am. Was sent a link to pay. All smooth, easy and hassle free. Would recommend.
