I’m still waiting for results so can’t give you a review or experience

Great product and great service! Will keep using!

Testing came efficiently. Sent it off nearly a week ago. I’ve contacted and spoke to Daniel who was originally quick at replying and now just waiting to see if they’ve even received it. So far not that great.

Firstly, despite filling out my address correctly,and even having my correct address on the confirmation email....the wrong address was still put on the label. Some of these products I should imagine customers,like myself, would like to buy discreetly. However, as address was correct for them,my neighbour opened mine and now is aware of what I ordered.

Secondly, on removing the tub of capsules, I noticed a large amount of powder at the bottom of the tub. I unsealed the lid to look inside and noticed many of the capsules are split/cracked?

Very shoddy experience overall considering the price on these items.

Despite the above issues I experienced, I would like to add that Bio Synergy did contact me back, and kindly sent out a replacement.

Always a pleasure to deal with Daniel and the team. Great customer service and excellent quality products. Highly recommended.

They don’t inform you up from just how long things will take to process and their customer service is a joke. Good luck getting any help if you need it.

I have shopped with bio-synergy for many years and have always been delighted with their service. If there are any issues they are very efficient at addressing this. Highly recommend for your fitness supplements.

I didn’t receive my order. No card or any attempted delivery on my CCTV. After a week I emailed Bio-synergy to ask where my order was or to supply a tracking reference. I had no reply. I sent a further email after two weeks asking the same. No reply. After three weeks I post a negative review and finally get a reply, saying they will process my refund next week, and tell me I am lucky they haven’t charge me the delivery fee.

Honnestly this brand know how to do business. Ordered early afternoon, full delivery the next morning! Unreal. All products are ace and safe / wada tested. Their new range of gummies are awesome, transportable caffeine & creatine handy for many sports. Big brand with a small brand vibe and access to the founder for any queries etc. Very loyal customer here!

Bio-Synergy products and team are amazing. My product was out of stock when I ordered it, so they sent me a little present with a mini tub of protein that I ordered just to tie me over until the big tub became available. Their products are amazing, and the Whey Better protein is by far the best tasting protein I've had.
