From the fitting by Tyrone to the training and follow up by Courtney, the support from start to finish was great. And I know it will continue. The BIoness device is a good compliment to and a step forward in Emily's therapy. The electric stimulation to her right calf lifts her foot. When out and about she still needs the support of her AFO. But the Bioness has been so great to have when she gets sore after a lot of walking the AFO. It gives her a break and a way to safely move about the house. We are pleased to have this alternate tool to supplement her physical therapy and independence.

The Bioness L300 has made all the difference in the world for my son who has a rare neurological condition. He is able to walk again for distances up to a mile without discomfort and tiring. He wears it all the time, putting it on first thing in the morning.
We are looking into the arm device to help with the spasticity that he is experiencing in his hand and upper arm. So grateful these devices exist!

Very Happy with the device and the TEAM that helped me along the way. The help center was also helpful when I had any questions.

This product absolutely works, but I have not been able to get used to the shock it sends up my leg on each movement. It is so distracting, it’s hard for me to attend to whatever task I am doing.

Demo unit worked great! The one I received, not so much. It was more like a "Taser" than a mobility aide. It would not keep the settings, randomly stop working or remove itself from the app and/or remove the app from my phone! I had such high hopes that were almost instantly dashed.

Device is pinching my daughter’s leg. We are trying to find ways to make it work for her but haven’t yet. If ya’ll don’t figure out how to keep it from hurting her, it’s useless and we have waisted our money! We need a refund is a solution isn’t found.

I WAS SATISFIED AND THEY WERE VERY HELPTULL. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A WHICH I REALLY NEEDED A OPPERTUNITY TO GET A DICOUNT ON THE SECOND BIONESS. I PAID THE 5,000 FOR THE ARM ONE AND RALLY NEED THE ARM ONE TWO BUT CAN NOT AFFORD TO GET TWO. I WAS ALREADY USING A PAYMENT PLAN FOR THE ARM BIONESS. THEY GAVE 1,000 OFF REALY HOPED THAT THE DISCOUNT STILL IS AVAILBLE FOR THE SENOD ONE.

It was misdiagnosed from the start and never worked. Should not have been recommended. No return policy. It was a scam as far as I am concerned.

When my doctor said this would help with my drop foot I developed after having a stroke,and also having Ms. I can now walk with ease. From the billing department to Johanna who fitted me with it but what was most impressive was the woman I spoke to a lot in billing. She was amazing. So understanding and patient with me. She is the most caring person I ever spoke too. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name I'm sorry but you have a wonderful staff

My rep Melanie IS AWESOME. IM having problems with Step counts 8n the app. Support was not super helpful when I called. Products I purchased do a very good job.

The Bioness l-go worked for my husband immediately upon putting it on. Before Bioness he was dragging his left leg three feet behind his body. Now, he drags it, but only six inches. He tells everyone he doesn’t get as tired as he used to.. His TBI is over 50 years old. The Bioness’s was paid for by my retirement funds. We did not ask insurance. He has turned down his electric Zoomer chair since he got his Bioness.

Response time is very slow. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

For the price that was paid for it I feel the pads should come free, trying to get used to both of the thigh and calf to sink in together sometimes seem difficult, but don't get me wrong it do help improve the walk but I wanted to strengthen or I don't have to have it all the time
