We booked 1/2 day workshop with BKS consultancy and we received a service worth so much more than that. It is not the first time we've used BKS and we are always very impressed by the knowledge share, the way they prepare for our meeting and the responses to our queries. Thank you again.

I met Bushra at the MktgSHOWCASE in Southampton and she has been such a great help to me. We were dealing with a low response rate to our e-campaigns and struggling with LinkedIn content which was broken down and address is our journey mapping session. She gave really practical and useful advice and was very thorough in understanding the needs and goals of the business. Since meeting we have found posting on LinkedIn so much easier and have a range of resources to look into and explore thanks to her.

Before we started working together I felt unable to execute on much of what I studied and trained on to automate processes for my company. I decided to work with this company because I’d attended training they provided for a company from which I purchased software and I felt they did a great job. Now I feel wonderful because I have a system in place that I envisioned and it’s doing more than I originally imagined.

Initially I was looking for someone to help with email marketing and was fortunate enough to connect with Bushra from BKS consultancy. During our first video meeting I picked up some valuable bits of advice so had every confidence working with BKS would be beneficial to my online marketing business. Bushra produced and talked through a customer journey planner covering every step a customer would take which has been so useful now and working into the future as it clearly highlights all moving parts of the sales cycle.

I recently decided to offer people on my contact list choices regarding email topics and SMS. I was able to do simple automated email campaigns in InfusionSoft classic and Keap Pro, but what I wanted was a lot more complicated.

Bushra asked the right questions to be sure what I wanted and then aced setting up everything. She is highly intelligent, efficient, and a good communicator. I am able to trust her to take initiative when appropriate, and to explain things well.

She knows Keap through and through, so she is also a great resource for general learning as a supplement to Keap technical support.

We had an initial telephone conversation with Kaleem from BKS to discuss how we could achieve better IT security. We adopted some of Kaleem's recommendations & then a couple of months later he came out to visit us. With Kaleem's support we have now achieved a far higher level of security and peace of mind, both at home and in the office.
Kaleem is extremely knowledgeable but rather than assuming he knew best he listened to what we were saying & what we wanted. We're very impressed and will definitely use Kaleem again if things change and we need to make more improvements.

Kaleem is an extremely skilled computer expert. There is nothing he doesn't understand or can't do.
He works quickly and explains what he is doing as he goes along. Often he finds things that may not be efficient or cost effective in the running of the computer and he amends or makes suggestions as to how to maximise the opportunity to save time or money. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kaleem and his service is literally second to none. FF
