She spent so much time giving me the advice and explaining everything to me. I am very glad and 100% satisfied with not only with the product but also with Sue’s advice.

Excellent service, even though I returned the item
My order was delivered quickly and the item - a cashmere beanie - was fab quality. I returned it (wasn't right for me) but - gah - without my order details. I rang them, they'd received the anonymous beanie but didn't know who it was from. 'Me' (plus my details), I told them - and they had refunded me within the hour. Amazing. Bete noir of the masses House of Fraser, take note.
