Had the walking boots I wanted at a reasonable price, was served by very friendly & helpful member of staff

Definitely recommended if you are looking for technical outdoor stuff. you can find good sales also. Great customer service.

Robin was excellent . He was a Curtiss gentleman . He knew all one needs to know about the boots and I presume all of them . I was measured I was listened to carefully he expressed his knowledge for my usage I wanted of a boot and advised accordingly. I was fully taken care of and respected and left feeling secure in the change of boot to fit my purpose I can not express how good it felt to be looked after properly in this age of rush and careless ness . The store is a flagship with him in it also Chris has been excellent in his attitude and help in solving my problem . Both are highly recommended by me for employees of the year award if you have one . More shop staff and office staff like this will serve this country very well . A great attitude to work and to being on Point . Excellent

I went to buy some hand warmers. The sales assistant was very helpful, polite & knowledgable. I would definitely recommend the shop & would go there again.

The person who served us was knowledgeable about the products, informed us about the various offers in the store without being pushy and very helpful when asked to take the label off the hat I'd purchased, so that it I could wear it straight away. 10/10.

Have been looking at buying a tent for a while, had a few questions, Robin helped guide us to what is the most suitable tent. Really useful, and walked away with a tent in the Black Friday sales. Customer service was great, would happily come back to buy the accessories down the line! Bromley Blacks Shop.

Went in to ask if they sold shoe liners. The friendly assistant on the desk told me where I would find them. When I went to pay she told me about the half price offers on the items behind the till. She was helpful and patient when I asked questions about the offer, and I was very happy to get a couple of good quality stocking fillers at half price. She also mentioned the charity donation (20p) and explained what it was for. When my husband and I left the shop, we both said how friendly and helpful the staff had been.

Josh serviced us today and was amazing! He was very helpful and serviced us quickly. Even though the shop was very busy it took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. Very good experience!

I went in for some water repellent spray.
I was then told every thing behind the counter was half price, did I want anything. No thanks
Then asked to donate to their charity. Which was unspecified and when asked they just pointed at a board behind me. I did BTW
Then asked if I want my paper till receipt emailed? Why? so you can have more data on me?
Then asked to leave feedback on my experience. FFS… anything else?

PLEASE STOP 🙏 you’re asking too much of your customers, I’ll just buy online next time.

Friendly, professional, perfect

Staff know their products. Courteous, attentive and helpful. There is a reasonable variety of good quality items for sale. I've used them in the past and will continue to shop with them. If I was not happy with them then I wouldn't go back. See you soon.

Friendly and helpful staff at Bromley Blacks. The guy who helped me made sure I got the right fit of walking boot with his knowledge of how to decipher this i.e he took the insole out of the boot and asked me to put my foot on it - they were too small. So after trying next size up, my index finger fit snugly at the back of my left boot - a sign that this is a good fit. Very happy with the boots which are comfy and a good weight and that I got at a nice price in the sale. Thank you, Guys :)

Had a very helpful phone conversation with Robin before visiting the store to collect my reserved item. Very professional transaction using my discount code. Couldn't have asked for more.

I had chosen the wrong sized fleece originally but it was easy to return it to the shop and I was sent the correct size very promptly thanks to the efficient and friendly service in the shop in Bromley.
