I had my eye test with the doctor Viray, he helped me to understand which glasses to choose and assured me that I can change it in case I have problems. In the shop Yasmine assisted me before and after my test to choose which frame fits better for me.
I appreciated that the doctor came in the shop after the test and collaborated with Yasmine to check we choose a frame that suits my prescription. Thank you.

The customer service here was impeccable and my stylist Faiz gave really helpful feedback and great suggestions.

Everyone in the store was super helpful and friendly. Narrowed it down to two glasses then helped me narrow it down. Process was really easy able to send my prescription by link as it was done at a different store.

They were amazing from the consultation down to the picking out of my glasses. I must say Abdul made me feel calm about the whole process ( I was scared of getting glasses) he helped me choose a frame that i absolutely looked divine in

I went to Bloobloom in Covent Garden for a free eye test. First impressions were the shop was modern and had a lot of glasses on show. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Rebecca (the Optician) was lovely and efficient and explained everything well.

After my eye test I went back onto the shop floor to arrange the frames I already knew I wanted because prior to my trip to London I had already partaken in the free 5 day trial whereby frames (of your choice) are sent to your home address for you to try.

Saatwik served me in Covent Garden and explained all the pricing as well as taking my measurements.

All in all this was a great experience from the very beginning. My two pairs of glasses (£40 off the 2nd pair) are being made and will be with me within 10 days.

I would recommend Bloobloom to everyone who likes wonderful experiences.

Pretty sad with the service provided in leu of some glasses that consistently fall down…. Went for a free eye test and was pressured into buying some glasses that don’t fit. Have been into the store countless times for refit and all in all it’s incredibly disappointing. Absolutely won’t be going back.

Hana was so so lovely, making the experience personalised and much easier than staring at all the different options on my own. She was so personable and not salesy in the slightest. I felt very comfortable & would come here over traditional specs stores again and again. Thank you Bloobloom White City!

This was my first time having an eye test in a very long time and it was great from start to finish. The staff were warm and welcoming. The doctor who I did the test with was super friendly and answered all my questions. When it came to choose my frame Abdul picked the most suitable for me and gave me spot on advice for my colours and facial traits, it was like shopping with a friend. I thought it was going to take me hours to choose a pair of glasses but with his help I was done in 15 minutes. Can’t wait to try my new glasses! <3

From the start Cherrie assisted me, honest feedback with every pair. Helped choose the shape then the colour. Even got a pair of sun glasses to, always wanted prescription sun glasses. Usually go with the cheaper alternative where most go. This was a breath of fresh air, easy, quick and hassle free. Hats off to Cherrie she is a credit to the team here!

My optician was really nice and the customer service professional (Abdul, I think!) was so kind and personable. I really appreciated the professional opinion.

Not your typical glasses shop. Abdul and Zozo were So helpful in choosing the style of glasses, advising on colour, frame, fit etc. The store comes with every style and colour you could think of so I came away with two pairs. I have a very small round face so finding glasses to fit are usually quite a struggle so I loved this store and will be returning. Also would be a great present because they come beautifully presented. Thank you Abdul and Zozo for the EXCELLENT service.

I had an excellent experience at this store. I arrived a little early, was checked-in right away for my appointment and encouraged to try frames whilst I waited. I liked the selection of frames and clear pricing. The optometrist was great at explaining things during my check up. The staff member Abdul was especially attentive and helpful throughout my visit. I will definitely use this store again in future because of the excellent customer service.
