The staff at Bloobloom in Canary Wharf are always so kind and helpful. Really assist with choosing a pair of glasses. The glasses themselves are great quality, look good and the price is brill. Would recommend.

I already own a few pairs of bloobloom glasses but wanted a pair of lightly colour tinted sunglasses that could also be worn daily as glasses. I booked an eye test and mentioned my idea to Wael at bloobloom Westfield Ariel Way.

The eye test was quick and comfortable and more importantly, Wael was just fantastic!! Literally the best customer service ever. He was so friendly! He picked out the frames I was interested in, helped me try on the ones I liked, went through all the possible lens/frame colour combos with me... He listened to my specifications and provided ideas, assisting me to find what would suit me and also fit my requirements. We settled on a pair which I think will be perfect - I am so so excited to receive them. He even helped me adjust my older glasses because they weren't fitting exactly right.

Thank you to bloobloom and thank you so much to Wael - this wonderful service is exactly why I will continue to purchase all of my glasses from bloobloom.

I have been looking for glasses which suit my face for years, with no success. I walked into this Covent Garden store on a whim and Faiz, one of the store assistants, gently approached me and recommended that I try on a pair of glasses. I would never have chosen these for myself, but Faiz noted that they would complement my facial shape, hair, and eye colour. I absolutely loved the glasses, and Faiz’s analysis was spot on. Faiz quickly arranged for me to have an eye test so that my lenses were correct, and the order was put through promptly. I cannot complement this store, or Faiz, enough. Everything was seamless.

The staff had the time and patience to help me pick my specs, while being very knowledgeable and helping explaining my prescription.

Really great styles well priced. Good clear messages from the optometrist and gorgeous customer service from Tas who served me in the shop and couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. I’d come back just because of her alone

Everytime I go to the shop the customer service is outstanding. This time it was Kevan who found the perfect pair of glasses for me on the first try, he was very kind and helpful. I bought my second pair of glasses and I love them.

It's really convenient that you can have an eye test and pick out glasses all in one go. The service was excellent, and the prices were fantastic. They also offer free home delivery, which is a real bonus

Great experience at Bloobloom. Roberto was a brilliant help picking out my glasses, and Aidan was incredibly helpful explaining everything about my eyes so I knew what was going on. I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back next time.

The staff is absolutely amazing - professional and friendly. I think the person who assisted me was called James, his professional, knowledgable, honest advice led me to buy 2 pairs of glasses. I am looking forward to receive them.

Staff went over and above to help, they were really friendly and kind. Best customer service I’ve had in a shop. Glasses were also reasonable and a wide selection.

I had a really lovely experience at Bloobloom. For the eye test, the optometrist was calm, answered all my questions well and gave me plenty of advice on how to improve on taking care of my vision. Special mention to Zozo who helped me pick my frames, I had an excellent experience with him, he provided honesty and warmth and I would genuinely recommend their services to anyone.

Wael was really helpful throughout the whole process - highly recommend the store for new glasses. Won’t be going anywhere else!

I've been wearing glasses for near 20 years now and this was by far the best experience I've had choosing frames. It was my first time with Bloobloom (previously used Specsavers and Vision Express) and thanks to Sarath it went brilliantly. I tend to have some trouble picking out frames because my eyesight is so poor (so I can't see my reflection well enough), but Sarath very patiently guided me through the many options while advising me on which shapes & colours would suit me well, as well as which frames would best fit my low nose bridge. It was a very smooth process and has convinced me to continue using Bloobloom.

As soon as I walked in to the store I felt incredibly welcome. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially Wael who was a huge help. The eye test was thorough and transparent and I felt very well supported. Hard to believe it was free!! I had a great experience and can’t recommend bloobloom highly enough!

I am extremely disappointed with this service and the product I received.

I specifically paid extra for thinned / thinned-down lenses, with the clear expectation that the final glasses would look refined and wearable. What I received instead was a terrible-looking pair of glasses with excessively thick lenses visibly sticking out of the frames both sides. The result is bulky, unattractive, and completely defeats the purpose of paying for lens thinning in the first place.

The appearance is so poor that the glasses look unfinished and cheap, def will ask for a full refund.

Great staff. Very helpful. Good choice of glasses and sunglasses at a very reasonable price. No problem recommending them to anyone who needs a new pair of glasses or sunglasses. Hats off to Martin!!
