The product is shoddy, poor quality and sizes are wrong. Do not buy from this chinese company. All the clothes come from China and you have to return to China via tracking which costs nearly as much as the dress.

Recived dress but it's tailoring doesn't much to the video and website looks.on website dress has lots pleats of fabric which makes dress full but dress I received doesn't have pleats ,they cheated on the quantity of fabric. Most disturbing is refund.On the website saying refund guaranteed but in real they offer only 10%of value you pay or exchange item or £10 voucher to your account for the next purchase.Its disgrace policy which they hiding. I informed Trade Standard Authority and demand full refund. It's not Onset business

A dress didn't fit, I asked for a refund, to be told, I had to send it back to China and pay all costs!!!!!!!

The best service I have ever received
My experience with this company was amazing, I was looking for a specific bracket in gold, however when I went onto the website, they had sold out in the exact one I want, I emailed customer service and they managed to find me the one I want despite it being out of stock on there website, I was talking to Chris on email and he was so so helpful and really helped me a lot as I knew this would be the perfect Christmas gift, I cannot thank Chris and the team at bloom enough, they were amazing and today I have given the bracelet to my girlfriend and she loves it, it even came in such nice posh packaging, would highly recommend this place for any jewellery and will be using these again,

I ordered a personalised necklace from…
I ordered a personalised necklace from Bloom Boutique and realised immediately after placing the order that I had selected the wrong colour. I contacted customer support and edited the order in the website straight away, as the engraving itself was correct and the issue related only to the finish.
Despite raising this at the earliest possible opportunity, the order still went into production and no amendment was possible. I was later told that due to production volume and timing, my request couldn’t be actioned. While I understand policies around personalised items, the lack of flexibility or meaningful support when an issue is flagged immediately was very disappointing.
I was offered a 10% partial refund as a goodwill gesture, which I declined as the necklace is not something I will wear and will otherwise go unused.
The jewellery itself appears well-made, but the overall experience reflected poor customer service and limited support when a genuine issue was raised promptly. I hope this feedback encourages a review of the process, particularly around customer care response times versus production.
Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had an unfortunate breakage of my necklace and contacted Bloom to see what could be done. In less than 12 hours, I’d been sent a free postage link and told to send it to them for repair. With this being so close to Christmas I was not expecting to have it back for the Christmas period. However, I was so pleasantly surprised when it was back on my neck within just a few days of sending it. Hugely appreciate the speed and efficiency as well as the communication throughout from the team of the resolution, to let me know they’d recieved it and when it had been sent back to me. Excellent customer service from start to finish, topped off by the lovely jewellery obviously! Thank you so much.

Excellent Customer Service
I cannot speak highly enough about this small business. I purchased a couple of items and both were personalised, for Christmas gifts. I made a mistake and put the wrong initial on. This was rectified really quickly and back to me within a week of me returning and I had it in time for Christmas. It was seamless and the items were beautiful. I would definitely recommend and have already made another purchase.
It all felt very personal which is amazing these days.
Christmas kindness
I ordered a birthstone bracelet for my mam for Christmas. It had been some time since I ordered so I sent a message to bloom to ask where the bracelet was. They replied straight away explaining it had been lost in transport and arranged a replacement to come express the next day. The next day came and two bracelets arrived. I advised bloom of this, thy wished me a merry Christmas and advised I could keep the second bracelet. Now my mam and grandmother have matching bracelets for Christmas. The kindness is so appreciated. Thank you bloom!
