I cannot speak highly enough about this small business. I purchased a couple of items and both were personalised, for Christmas gifts. I made a mistake and put the wrong initial on. This was rectified really quickly and back to me within a week of me returning and I had it in time for Christmas. It was seamless and the items were beautiful. I would definitely recommend and have already made another purchase.
It all felt very personal which is amazing these days.

I ordered a birthstone bracelet for my mam for Christmas. It had been some time since I ordered so I sent a message to bloom to ask where the bracelet was. They replied straight away explaining it had been lost in transport and arranged a replacement to come express the next day. The next day came and two bracelets arrived. I advised bloom of this, thy wished me a merry Christmas and advised I could keep the second bracelet. Now my mam and grandmother have matching bracelets for Christmas. The kindness is so appreciated. Thank you bloom!

Had an issue with my order, spoke to customer service (Chris) and he done his best to rectify the problem. I am now very satisfied with my order. Really appreciate how my issue was dealt with, compassionately and professionally.

This year I needed another birth stone added to my grandchildren birth stone bracelet.
I can’t recommend Bloom Boutique enough for all the help and advice given. Chris has replaced my bracelet, as the old stones were discontinued, but it looks identical and all completely free of charge! I ordered a pair of gold earrings as a Christmas gift for my mum. When I received them, I was disappointed to see that I had been sent the wrong colour (silver). However, the speedy, friendly and exceptional customer service changed this, as they rectified it super quickly without causing me any hassle. The process of ordering is easy and the customisation is amazing. Chris is particularly helpful as making a slight error during ordering they were able to easily and quickly solve the issue with no questions asked! This is my second time ordering off them and its been great both times.

Great company to deal with, I made an error when ordering, so emailed requesting they amend my order and got a very swift response. The issue got rectified straight away! I bought a necklace as a present & when it arrived I realised I had ordered it in gold & not silver.
I contacted them on Instagram, had a reply straight away advising to return the item & they would swap it for silver.
