Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I have a SIM card that hasn't been used in over a year and it says I can't reload it online and have to call into customer service. Only problem is that they don't answer their phone. It says their wait time is "about 10 minutes" and I have been on hold for 2 hours now. I tried their callback service that says I will maintain my place in line, and that was over 4 hours ago... no callback. I am leaving on my trip later today and probably won't be able to use my phone. This company is a SCAM. If you buy a phone and get a new prepaid card, that is fine... just don't expect ANY follow up customer service down the line. The company is horrible.
