Great experience. My velux windows now work smoothly and are draught free and I've had lots of compliments on my new windows elsewhere in the house. The team are responsive and work hard to get the job done.

Had a catflap fitted in a deep brick wall. The guys worked quickly, tidied up afterwards and we're really happy with the installation. Absolutely perfect service. Sophie looked after me through the booking process and she was great too. All round highly recommended!

Fantastic service from start to finish. The cat flap was fitted perfectly, and the whole process was quick, professional, and hassle-free. But what really stood out was how helpful and friendly the fitter was. He kindly took the time to fix my patio doors, which had dropped. It's rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond like that.
Everything was left clean and tidy, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a cat flap installation / glass work. Brilliant service and great value – thank you!

The installation team arrived on time, they called me to let me know when they were 15 minutes away so I could be prepared. They were friendly and professional, were quick and left the area clean and tidy after. They even fixed an existing issue with my patio door that was catching on closing on top of installing my dog flap. Thank you very much, very satisfied with thse service, communication and final product.

The installers were incredibly quick, the cat flap looks perfectly positioned and sturdy. They gave good instructions for getting the cat scanned for their microchips. Good service, will use again.

I was after the Velux windows changing, spoke to Sophie, she looked after me, I gave them all the information needed. Nathan came out to look at the job, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable, we orderd the windows. I was only available on a Saturday and they accommodated me. Nathan turned up on time, he took the windows out and put the new windows in, there was an issue with the plaster board leaving a gap but Nathan sorted it out, they look fantastic, Highley recommended. Well pleased with the finishing touches.

Very easy to deal with, good price for a cat flap fitted in a glass patio door, which requires a new piece of glass. They did the measure up soon after initial request, and install was a week & half after that. Overall very happy and would recommend.

We used this company to replace a leaking skylight. At the beginning, they appeared professional, fixed the leaking problem with the new skylight, and the work came with a 10-year guarantee, which gave us confidence, especially as this was a service costing several thousand pounds.

However, after the skylight was replaced, the room became draughty and cold, with noticeable cold air coming through. I reported this issue to their customer service team, and they arranged for the original installer to come and inspect it. Unfortunately, the installer agreed to attend several times but failed to turn up on multiple occasions. In the end, the matter was simply left unresolved after we had been let down repeatedly.

To be clear, even if the installer had attended the inspection and concluded that there was no issue with their workmanship, or that they did not know how to resolve the draught problem, that would still have been far better than repeatedly agreeing to come and then failing to turn up. The most disappointing part was not only that the issue remained unresolved, but that we were repeatedly let down after being promised a visit.

We are extremely disappointed with how this issue was ultimately handled. This is not the level of aftercare I would expect for a skylight installation costing thousands of pounds, especially one advertised with a 10-year guarantee. Anyone considering using this company should think very carefully before proceeding.

Fantastic workmanship fitting 2 velux windows. Great communication with Nate and the team, who went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed perfectly for a reasonable price. Even fitted them to ensure a plasterer was not needed. Honestly a fantastic company that I would recommend to anyone.

I contacted Blue Star Developments regarding a problem with a velux window, I was contacted by Nate who requested Photographs which I provided. I held my breath waiting for a quote ( these things are surely never cheap?) To my amazement Nate identified the problem and gave me the information required to do the fix myself. This is so refreshing these days to find a company that aren't about ripping people off. Thank you Nate, I wish you all the success in the world...and your company will be the first one I ring in the future if the need arises.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Nate actually didn’t do a job for me. He told me how to do it myself and didn’t charge me for his time or advice. I’m definitely using him for the next time I need help. He is clearly extremely trustworthy and goes above and beyond on customer service. Thank you so much.

They were really helpful from the start. Quick to reply to the enquiry. Fixed my KeyLite window leaks in a couple of hours and had no problems since. Left the place tidy and offered guarantees on the work. What more can I say! Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to my neighbours.
