Fantastic company! Answered all my questions in relation to the installation promptly.
The gentlemen who came out to install the cat flap in my wall were polite, courteous, and professional throughout. They worked quickly and tidied up after themselves.

One of the best repair service appointments we have experienced over the last few years ! Not easy these days ! Sophie co- ordinated everything from their office base flawlessly, asked for fotos / ID‘d the type of window and arranged for a swift visit. Impeccable communication all the way. When the lads did come, they were on time, called us 20 mins before arrival to say they were on the way.

They were polite, knowledgeable and reasonable! They sorted our non closing, snapped motor Velux window for us there and then! Could not have done more or better - we would give 6*‘s …if we could ! Perfect all round Many Thanks to you all at Blue Star ⭐ ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ ⭐ 🌟 !!!

Changed two failed velux units. Found out one frame was rotten and sourced a replacement from another job in weeks saving us loads of money. Will use again in future for any velux issues.

I contacted a few companies regarding fitting a dog flap. This was the only company that was quick to respond, provided a quote and contacted me regarding a slot to book in. Sophie's customer service was great and she followed up to book when I was unable to do a certain day that they were available.
The team arrived on a Saturday!! (I work so this availability was great), they were quick and efficient and were willing to stay to help me and talk through how the flap worked.
What a great company - I would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

I needed a repair on a Velux window. Sophie at Blue Star gave me a quote which I accepted with a deposit agreed. The repair was carried out when the part arrived and the Velux repair fitting team did a quick and efficient job. Don’t hesitate to use them. They are genuinely efficient, helpful and excellent value considering they had to travel 2 hours to my house.

We moved house and the velux windows had been neglected. After installing new glass, resealing and servicing velux now look as good as new. Nathan the engineer was really knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Sophie was so efficient from the start and very friendly and reassuring. She kept me up to date with proposed dates for the engineer to call and when Nathan and Jack called - on time - they were superb as well.
The whole experience by today's standards was almost too good to be true. Great team, well done.

I honestly can’t recommend the business highly enough. They responded promptly to my initial email query, Sophie was so efficient and helpful and booked me in within a week. I was kept informed throughout, the fitters arrived within the promised window, were courteous and extremely efficient and my cracked Velux pane was replaced well within the promised one hour timeframe. So very happy with every aspect of their service, thank you to all.

The whole team is excellent with very speedy responses and arrangement ! Sophia is very polite and patient with answering questions and Nathan the team comes punctual and explains very clearly what wrong with my velux window and what can be done. The cost is very reasonable. 100% recommended !

Was slightly hesitant to place order as quote seemed really inexpensive. How wrong can you be.
Nathan visited to survey for replacement velux window and explained everything clearly including it could be completed from inside, as we have good access to the loft, so we didn't need outside scaffolding. Hence inexpensive quote.
Communication with Sophie was excellent and Nathan and colleague turned up exactly on time to complete the replacement.
Very courteous, friendly and professional and removed all waste once job complete.

I had 3 flat velux windows fitted by a builder 4 years ago, and 1 of them constantly leaked. I lost count of how many times the builder came back and didn’t fix it properly.
I contacted Blue Star Developments. Nathan come out and within minutes of looking at it, he knew what the problem was. He fully explained what the issue was, and fixed it straight away. When I tried to pay him, he refused to take payment until after it rained, to ensure he had fully fixed the problem. Within the week, thanks to the good old British weather, we had torrential rain. I came down the following morning, and the window hadn’t leaked. What a relief!!! I contacted Nathan, and made my payment.
I wished I’d have contacted him 4 years ago!!
Nathan was a breath of fresh air… a genuine guy, who turned up when he said he would, fully explained everything, who doesn’t try and rip you off, or give you a extortionate price. It’s a shame other trades men aren’t the same.

Unprofessional and rude. I paid £100 for a catflap, only to be broken off a few hours later and he blamed it on my door.

I enquired about a cat flap and they got back to me within good time and at a reasonable price.

Communication was great with Sophie and she was extremely polite and helpful.

Nathan and Jack turned up and done a great job! I would certainly recommend this company for any future work on my windows or double glazing

Had a cat flap fitted that other providers either ignored the opportunity to quote for or said couldn't be done, probably due to the "lower" value of the work compared to other window/glazing based installations.

Communication from Sophie was fantastic throughout from quoting to on the day updates and the two lads that came did a fantastic job and even hoovered up after themselves.

Nathan and his team where very professional in communication and workmanship, a rare thing today I might had. No problems at all in installation and service. Would recommend highly. Thankyou Nathan.

Had several people come and quote for a velux replacement window, Nathan speedily came to review the window in person ( others asked for photos, which doesn’t give a clear view of the job)
He gave an extremely reasonable price and understood the need for the job to be done asap.
Communication throughout was superb, reassuring and knowledgeable.
The job was completed to an excellent standard and offered further advice going forward and without trying to get an extra buck on top of the agreed price.
All in all if there is need for any of the services Nathan and his team provide then I will be using them without a doubt.
