I paid for a service nevere rendered. All attempts to contact customer support have gone unanswered. For a company selling premium services to executives, this is quite alarming.

DO NOT BOTHER! This was nothing but a drain on my time and energy. I was charged for the initial membership as expected, then a few months later happened to notice the same charge again. I made multiple attempts to reach them by email (no phone information to be found anywhere) and never got a response. They wouldn't even respond to the credit card company after my dispute. The content is nothing you can't find on your own at no cost. Do not bother unless you want to risk being overcharged and unless you have no problem with complete and total unresponsiveness. Zero customer service. Zero customer care.

they are charging me.. an annual subscription, that I never agreed. I wrote to them to deny such transaction , not authorized by me.. no answer, despite many reminders
I am dealing now with my credit card.

They charged me 398 for just 3 months with absolutely zero results. Doesn't worth a penny

Most of the postings for opportunities are often very aged. Their resume review looks as if they put it through an ai engine with little insight or real perspective that is individual based, any value add webinar has an incremental charge. You'd do better with a paid AI agent or another service.

Paid for the service, created my account, and uploaded my resume. When I went back to sign into my account, they sent a code to my email as part of the sign on process. I never receive that code and therefore unable to access my account. I tried contacting them multiple times via phone and email. They never respond or answer the calls. Very shady, I'm starting to suspect this place is a scam.

This is one of the worst services I have ever found. No reply to ANY of my (x8) requests to support after less than 2 minutes ago mistakenly signing up for a programme.
Not even a reply to tell me 'sorry, we are keeping your money either way'. Never falling for this again.

Straightforward, practical advice

Very good presentation and loved the 2 person as a team format.

Pay to join club but there's nothing of value. I joined to get exposed to more executive level roles but quickly realized there's not much value for someone at the exectuive level. The advice is all things I've heard before... could be useful for mid-level managers. Definitely not worth the price considering you have to pay for more "features" after already paying the $400 annual member fee. Shady practices.

They still can spamming even though I repeatedly asked to delete all my data from their systems. This has been reported to European authorities already as they are clear in breach of GDPR. Will now also write a negative review every single day until the company complies.

Wonderful session with the experts. My notes were filled. They shared amongst other things, the red flags that many executives overlook during interviews as well as the importance of your executive presence during interviews.

Excellent and granular answers and advice. The panelists blended well and built on each other's comments. Topics covered were relevant and timely.

I love how everyone really supported each other and added their own wisdom.

I cancelled this membership after realizing how useless it was, especially at this price point. Then, despite numerous attempts, I still can't get them to stop charging me! It's pointless to pay to get access to a database of jobs that are posted everywhere and ones that you never get a response to, even after applying.

It's a scam. This website doesn't offer anything valuable
