Awful service.
I ordered something with next day delivery. I added a different shipping address but when my confirmation email came through, it only had my billing address on it. I spoke to someone from customer service who took the address from me and said she has changed it. She had not. DPD tried to delivery the parcel to my billing address instead and therefore no one was there to accept it.
I spoke to someone on the chat (After waiting half an hour for a reply). They basically blamed me for it, although I know I definitely added another shipping address. They did then change the address but did it wrong so there was no building number/name on the address, well done! I had to argue with this person for ages who was just blaming me and not really interested in making it right. I explained without the correct name on it, they will not accept it at the shipping address but they said they could not change it and that it automatically goes down as the billing address name? I really cannot understand why it was such an issue when no other companies have this issue.
I also paid £7 for next day delivery, I obviously did not get it next day because they got the address wrong but they do not seem to want to give me that money back either.
I did try to speak to someone over the phone as they were taking so long to reply on the chat and I was getting very frustrated but they refused to speak to me over the phone and told me to wait for the reply on chat.

I am sorry you feel you have had a bad service but as we have explained over chat and on the telephone, we can only send the parcel to the shipping address that you provided online when you placed your order. The parcel delivery was attempted the next day as requested . After speaking to yourself we then organised another delivery to your second request of delivery address free of charge. We take our customer satisfaction very seriously and answer all queries as fast as possible but are unable to change orders after they have already been dispatched.
