I recently took my car into BMW Battersea for a service. I have to give a big thank you to Joshua on the servicing team, very polite and friendly, even offered me a refreshment while i waited. Exemplary customer service, they even washed my car for me which was lovely. Will definitely be coming back for my next service.

Another brilliant service at BMW Battersea. My 420i M Sport Coupè required a brake fluid service in October. I thought that it was going to be a pricey experience, but previously purchasing a Emac Service Plan made my experience even more pleasurable. This was thanks to Linda Hegarty my After Sales Consultant, she advised me very well.
Linda was there to greet me on my recent visit, she talked me through what the service entailed and how long it was expected to take. The great experience even got better! BMW Battersea introduced a shuttle service to transport you to near by locations, so that you could carry on with your day as they took care of your vehicle. A card was handed to me with contact details for my return shuttle to BMW Battersea. This was very thoughtful considering there location.
On my return, greeted by Linda who handed over my beautiful clean serviced 420i M Sport Coupè.
Everyone who I encountered that day was professional and attentive, from driving through the gates to the meet and greet front desk, Linda and the shuttle driver.
My MOT is due shortly and I will definitely be using BMW Battersea again. Thank you for a wonderful experience 😊

Jordan is a real gem. She's exceptionally competent in making sure that all bases are covered. Excellent communication. Ensured that I drove off with an all singing and dancing car, 🙂.

I was contemplating wether to take a service plan out for my new 4 series or to just pay every time a service was due. I stopped by BMW Park Royal and spoke with a service advisor named Jordan. She explained the service plan, what it offers, how it benefits me and I was convinced. After purchasing the plan she managed to fit me in the same day for a major service due to cancellation. Throughout the day she kept me informed with the works carried out and the car was cleaned very well when I collected it. I had a small issue with a side clip inside the vehicle at which point she brought a expert out who popped it back into place for me. Excellent customer service by Jordan. If you love your BMW the way I do and only trust certains around it then take it to Jordan she’ll look after you and your car. Thanks again for the help! I’ll definitely be bringing my other vehicles to your branch.

Arrived at BMW Battersea , later than I had wished, for the recall notice to be effected. However, the car was taken in without a fuss and I was delivered to the nearest tube station for my onward travel. Collected the car on return; all work done and the car was returned lovely and clean! Good service and very helpful people.
